This summer, on July 13[, 2005], the Lord gave me a message that said, "July 22." It was the license plate number on a Chevy van that pulled sharply in front of me as I was exiting I95 south at exit 182B in Bangor, Maine. I looked at this message as though He was telling me something was going to happen on July 22. On July 22, I was in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and nothing significant happened that I could see. I met a few people at the one local Christian bookstore in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, but nothing else.

Late in the month of July, I received another license plate message that said, "Day 54." I did not enter that into my journal immediately, so I can't say precisely what the date was that I received that. I looked at various significant events in my life in that summer timeframe, measured 54 days out, and, again, came up with nothing.

Some other personal data that may be significant...

I am now 61 years old, my birth date is Oct. 3 (1944.) The 34th year of my conversion experience began in May of this year [2005]. I was in Jackson Hole, WY (yes, He does move me around) last winter, and my '97 Dodge Intrepid had a timing belt failure at 150,000 miles; and I decided to replace rather than repair. Father arranged that I purchase a 2000 Toyota 4Runner, green in color. At the time, I was not aware of the significance of the vehicle's specifics. About three months later, I received two other messages presented to "forerunners", and I realized that God was identifying me as one.

I tell you of these things because of the dream interpretation that you published dealing with my birth date and the SUV.

If these things say anything to you in the Spirit, ... a brief explanation ... would be most appreciated.

The May 29 switch-around

Notice how the number "45" flips around and becomes "54" between July 13 and July 22. Therefore, the Lord gave Mr. R.H. those dates as a prophetic sign that something got "flipped around" in the spirit realm. Someone who had the "lower hand" got the "upper hand" and vice versa.

"Day 0" was May 29, 2005. The following things happened on that date:

Mr. R.H. saw the Chevy van as he exited I-95 south. The number 95 equals 19 times 5. As we have said before, America's spiritual army is a "19" army that does not operate in prophetic "buccaneer" boldness and individuality. Instead, it is gripped by the Goliath spirit of hierarchical intimidation. Therefore, the American Church is fighting a spiritual "Vietnam War" that she will never win, no matter how many physical or emotional resources she pours into it. On the other hand, the number "5" points to ministerial grace. Therefore, the number 95 ("19 times 5") points to an American Church that is gripped by the spirit of ministerial reverence. America is a spiritual "I-95". Because of this, God had to exit America ("I-95") to find a place for His revival somewhere else (at least for now). This is why He made the spiritual flip from "45" to "54". As Mr. R.H. was making that exit on that day, He was prophetically announcing that flip.

Mr. R.H.'s I-95 exit that day was in "Bangor, Maine". If you add a silent "e" at the end of "Bangor", you get "Ban-gore". When the Lord "exited" America, He headed for Europe. Therefore, Europe is a place that needs an "e" to turn her into a spiritual "Ban-gore". As we have shared before, the letter "e" in English acts as a red-horse "catalyst", meaning that the UK and Europe need to be sent red-horse catalysts in order to be turned from a "Bangor" into a "Ban-gore". In a spiritual sense, Mr. R.H. was the letter "e" that day that turned "Bangor" into "Ban-gore".

The word "gore" speaks of "terror", which in turn points to the Hittite spirits of terror, purposelessness, and emptiness. Therefore, the phrase "Ban gore" means that God will drive out the Hittite spirits of spiritual emptiness from Europe. When America "sees" Europe, she sees a dead continent that is reluctant to receive America's religiosity, and she is unable to see Europe's potential. America is unable to see that all Europe needs is a catalyst "e" to turn her from an empty word with no meaning ("Bangor") to a phrase full of prophetic meaning and purpose, i.e.- "Ban gore".

Mr. R.H. exited I-95 at exit 182B. The number 182 equals 13 times 14. In a negative sense, the number "13" refers to man's rebellion against God, i.e.- when he stubbornly clings to his religious, earthly structures and refuses to conform to God. In a positive sense, however, the number "13" speaks of prophetic rebellion against man, i.e.- prophetic defiance against the dead structures of man in the anointing of the Spirit. The number "14", on the other hand, refers to God's remnant when it is not yet manifested. Therefore, the number 182 (13 times 14) means that Europe is a continent laden with a spirit of prophetic rebellion against the structures of man ("13") and a continent with a remnant that is not yet visible to the natural eye but is there, waiting to be manifested ("14").

The letter B in "182B" is a label used to refer to things that are "good", but not "great" ("Grade B" is not as good as "Grade A"). Therefore, the letter "B" here points to "second class". America sees Europe as a "Grade B" continent, as a "second class" spiritual land. America loves to compare the number of churches in America versus the number in Europe, and, based on the results, she confidently claims that she is in better spiritual shape than Europe, just like the religious Jews of Yeshua's day who thought that the Gentiles were second-class spiritual citizens. However, just like the religious Jews, America did not realize that God saw more spiritual potential in the "anti-religion Gentiles" (i.e.- "Europe") than in the "religious Jews" (i.e.- America). God has therefore chosen to take His Gospel to the "unworthy heathen" (Europe), leaving the "Jews" (America) behind for a season, sentencing them to judgment until they repent of their "religious madness".

When Mr. R.H. made the exit in Bangor, Maine, it was July 13, 2005, which was "Day 45", according to the table above. In other words, the flip-around from "45" to "54" had not been made, meaning that it referred to a moment in time when America still had spiritual preeminence. Therefore, God was laying out the reasons why His remnant spirit (represented by Mr. R.H.) had to leave America, even though America still had the "upper hand". On Day "54" (July 22), the Lord had him in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The name "Nova Scotia" can be translated as "New Scotland". Therefore, the Lord was declaring that He had sent His remnant spirit (represented by Mr. R.H.) to a "New Scotland", i.e.- to the UK and Europe.

The name "Sydney" points to the "Sydney Harbour Bridge". "Coincidentally", the Lord had us post a word entitled "The outpouring" --- which deals with the Sydney Harbour Bridge --- on July 29, 2005, exactly one week after Mr. R.H. was in Sydney, Nova Scotia. July 29 would be "Day 61" (54+7), which correlates with the fact that Mr. R.H. had his 61^st birthday on October 3, 2005, 66 days after July 29 (66 is the number of chapters in Isaiah). The number 61 points to Isaiah 61, which speaks of God's liberating Anointing. Isaiah 61 ends with the following verses:

Notice how this chapter ends with the phrase "all the nations". The Hebrew word that was translated as "nations", goyim, is the same word that is translated in other verses as "heathen". The "heathen" continent of Europe shall see the Glory of the coming of the Lord. The soul of God's remnant shall rejoice in the Lord when she sees this; the soul of Europe shall rejoice when she is clothed with the garments of God's evangelistic salvation and His robe of apostolic righteousness (v10). Those garments and robe shall emanate from the UK, the apostolic-evangelistic land upon which God will set "Jacob's ladder" in these latter days.

The book of Isaiah ends with the following verses:

In the vision entitled "The outpouring" (posted on July 29, 2005), the Lord showed the Sydney Harbour Bridge as a figure of a "host" or "bridge" through which the Church and the world will enter into its "spiritual 3^rd day". The fact that this bridge is in Australia is a figure of how the 3^rd day latter-rain revival will come through vessels of weakness (Australia comes from a word meaning "south", and "south" speaks of weakness). The Sydney Harbour Bridge's sturdiness means that the latter-rain revival will come through prophetic intercession that is firmly grounded in truth.

Therefore, the fact that Mr. R.H. was in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on July 22, 2005 ("Day 54") means that the Lord found a "host" or "bridge" in "New Scotland" (the UK) that shall be willing to humble itself in weakness, operate in the truth of God's judgments, and serve as the channel through which revival will spread into Europe and the nations of the Earth. This is the reason why God gave the 2012 Olympics to London. As we share in the "London 2012" word, those Olympics will serve as a point of contact for a global impartation of God's Presence across the globe.

The fact that the "outpouring" word that mentions Sydney was posted 7 days later, on July 29, 2005 (Day 61 after May 29, and 66 days prior to Mr. R.H.'s 61^st birthday) means that, in "Nova Scotia", the Lord found a conduit for His liberating anointing (Isaiah 61), and He found a people who shall be willing to feast on the flesh of kings (Isaiah 66).

Because of the "Sydney" connection, we can see that the date "July 22" points to "July 29" (Mr. R.H. was in Sydney on July 22 and we posted the word on Sydney on July 29), meaning that "Day 54" points to "Day 61". As the Lord made the "switch" from America to Europe ("45" to "54"), He set the stage for a 7-year period (22+7=29) that started in 2005 and will culminate in 2012 with the London Olympics.

According to wikipedia.org, Sydney, Nova Scotia was founded by the British, and it served as an important port during World War 2, acting as one of 2 Canadian ports from which convoys left North America for Britain. Sydney's coal shipping and steel manufacturing were also important elements that contributed to the Allied victory in World War 2. This reveals the strong spiritual connection between the UK and Sydney, Nova Scotia. Sydney also has a harbor named after it, "Sydney Harbour", which emphasizes the spiritual connection to Australia and to the green horse of the Apocalypse. As we have shared before, there is a spiritual connection between Australia and the green horse of earthquakes.

On July 22, 2005, Mr. R.H. was also in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, where he met a few people at the one local Christian bookstore. According to wikipedia.org, the French were the first to mine coal at that location; the coal was used to supply their fortress in nearby Louisbourg. They named the place "Baie de Glace", which literally means "Ice Bay". Glace Bay used to be a prosperous coal-mining town, but, as coal mining has decreased in importance, Glace Bay has declined economically. Fishing was also an important industry there; however, by the 1990s, fish stocks had become so depleted that the fishery was closed. Because of the high unemployment in Glace Bay, many residents have been forced to leave to find work elsewhere.

All of the above is a figure of America. The green-horse spirit came to America in a "preliminary manifestation", hoping to find a "Green Bay of refuge", but it was given a cold shoulder instead. Instead of a "Green Bay", it found an "Ice Bay", because it found an America immersed in the spirit of "Brittany compromise" that tries to mix God's "British" judgments with "French" religiosity. This is the reason why Glace Bay was first used by the French and why Glace Bay has a semi-French, semi-English name ("Glace" is French and "Bay" is English). The high unemployment in Glace Bay speaks of how the remnant spirit has been ignored and "left by the wayside". The American Church has left God's remnant people spiritually idle because they are unable and unwilling to visualize the spiritual skills they have. Why? Because the American Church demands human robes and human titles to recognize spiritual skills. She goes around helping the unrighteous, but she leaves the righteous to fend for themselves. The American Church is allowing the spiritual Lazaruses to die out in the cold (Luke 16:20-22). This is the reason why the remnant spirit has to temporarily leave "Glace Bay" (i.e.- America) and seek "work opportunities" elsewhere (i.e.- the UK).

Mr. R.H. says that he only met a few people at the one local Christian bookstore in Glace Bay. This is a reflection of how isolated and scattered God's remnant is in America. That is because those bearing the remnant spirit are not being supported and enabled.

Mr. R.H.'s 61^st birthday (October 3, 2005) was "Day 127". As we have shared before, the number "127" points to Psalm 127 and to the "terrors of Sheol", which, in turn points to the "green horse", since green-horse riders are believers who break free from Sheol. God's final parameter to evaluate whether a land will see His Glory is how they treat His green-horse riders. As we have said before, His green-horse riders were spiritually mistreated in America, because America did not want the green horse to "exterminate" her religious structures and her unrighteousness. In "Nova Scotia", they will be treated well, as shown by the way they treated the "London whale". For America, the number 127 represents the "terror" of Death. For Europe, the number 127 represents the glory of God's resurrection.

The American Church is laboring in Hittite vanity because she is trying to do God's work in the religious strength of man. While the American Church wants to fill buildings, God wants to fill His quiver with sons and daughters who manifest His God-nature on Earth (v4-5). Because of her religiosity, the American Church doesn't get that. It is only by using a quiver full of mighty sons that the gates of Sheol can be stormed. America, however, wants to ram down the gates of Sheol with the dead wooden logs of her "big ministries" and "good organization". Cursed is anyone who relies on the strength of the arm of flesh!!! (Jeremiah 17:5)

Mr. R.H. shared that he had to replace his 1997 Dodge Intrepid because of a timing belt failure at 150,000 miles. This is a prophetic figure of the spiritual failure of the American Church. As we share in recent postings, America became a land of doubting Thomases. Those who were not completely caught up in the spirit of religiosity and who were listening to God's Spirit became cautious at the last minute. When God told them to rise up and conquer the Philistines, they hesitated and asked for more and more confirmations. The Lord was taking the American Church to a spiritual place where it had never been before, to a place with completely different church structures, but she was too cautious to follow God, so the revival was drowned in the "cautious ocean of aborted dreams". Whenever God told her to be "intrepid" and to go where the Church had never gone before, most of the faithful few in America "Dodged" the issue. They were unwilling to walk on water, trying instead to reach out to the Lord from inside their religious boat. This led to the revival being delayed for 4 long years. There was a "timing failure" in the American Church. She did not discern the "spiritual times". She did not know that the time for transformation was "now".

Mr. R.H. replaced his Dodge Intrepid instead of repairing it. This is a figure of God's determination not to "fix up" the old religious house. God wants to tear down the old structures in order to raise new ones. America, however, only wants to "tweak" the house. To her, it is just too painful to see all her fleshly work burned down to the ground. She does not want to admit that she has worked in vain.

Mr. R.H. shares that he replaced his Dodge Intrepid with a 2000 Toyota 4Runner. In the same way, God replaced America with Europe. He will have to lay additional groundwork in Europe that would have been unnecessary in America, but America gave Him no choice. While the year 1997 belongs to the 2^nd millennium, the year 2000 belongs to the 3^rd millennium. This is a figure of how the Lord will be able to project Europe into Level 3, into the glory of the 3^rd day (Hosea 6:2). On the other hand, America literally "clings" to Level 2, and she boldly claims that that is as far as anyone needs to go!

The "4Runner" refers to the people whom God will send to Europe as spiritual precursors who will plow the land and prepare it for God's latter rain. The "4" in "4Runner" also points to the 4-year delay in America's revival. In order not to waste any more time, God will have to go and blaze spiritual trails in Europe for 4 years while He chastises America and sets her straight. The Lord's intention was to quickly blaze those trails in Europe through a revival in America, but America was not interested. During those 4 years, God will do a mighty spiritual work in Europe.

The 4Runner's green color means that the only people who will be used as "precursors" will be those willing to go through the Sheol experience of the green horse. As we have shared before, green-horse riders are "exterminators" who bring Death to the predominance of the "Man Face". Therefore, only those who want to completely regenerate all things shall be fit for the post of "European 4Runner".

Mr. R.H. was in "Jackson Hole" when the Dodge Intrepid had the timing failure. That points to America's "cautious pit of aborted dreams". The fact that Jackson Hole is in Wyoming points to Dick Cheney, since he is from Wyoming (later on, Mr. R.H. wrote to us that Dick Cheney is in fact from Jackson Hole). As we have shared before, Dick Cheney is a figure of the "non-appropriate" people that Jehoshaphats like George W. Bush surround themselves with. Because of emotional attachments and Canaanite naiveté, many believers who want to do God's will are not willing to cut off their relationships with certain people around them who do them more spiritual harm than good. Dick Cheney's recent "shooting" mishap was a judgment from God to embarrass George W. Bush and expose him in the spirit realm for associating himself with a man like him. Just like George W. Bush, many well-meaning believers in the American Church have been unwilling to cut off certain people and certain doctrines that are holding them back, and God shall expose those very people and doctrines in order to embarrass them in public.

October 22

Mr. R.H. sent his email on October 22, which happens to be exactly 3 months after July 22. As we have recently shared, the Lord has for some reason been using the number 22 as a number for "Civil War". There is a spiritual civil war that will be going on in America over the next 3 years (this is the spiritual reason why the phrase "civil war" has been bandied about so frequently with regard to Iraq). As the American "civil war" unfolds, things will happen in the natural realm that will make it evident to all that "something" is going on in the heavenlies.

The number 146 equals 73 times 2, which points to Psalm 73. This psalm is uttered by a person who feels frustrated at how his uncompromising righteousness has brought him "nothing" but heartache, and he complains that he has "worked in vain". The psalm, however, ends with God declaring the end of the prosperity of the unrighteous. In a sense, Psalm 73 is a psalm uttered by the spiritual Lazaruses as they lay dying at the door of the "rich man's" house (Luke 16:20-22), and it is a prophetic sign that God shall vindicate the Lazaruses who are willing to go to hell (i.e.- Sheol) rather than yield to the structures of man.

Mr. R.H. shares that May 2005 marked the beginning of his 34^th year of conversion. This means that this month (May 2006) marks the beginning of his 35^th year as a born-again Christian. In mid-November 2005, the Lord said the phrase "35 degrees to the left" to my heart. I had no idea what that meant. But, as I meditated on it, the Lord made me understand that it had to do with me leaving America and heading towards the UK. Interestingly enough, as I searched the Internet, I found that "35 degrees to the left" refers to our normal range of vision. Apparently that range is "35 degrees to the left and 35 degrees to the right". The fact that the Lord said "left" points to the prophetic instinctive anointing, meaning that we will not be able to perceive the potential in the UK and Europe in our spiritual vision unless we see the UK and Europe with our intuitive, "fractal" eyes.

The first thing that came to my heart after I heard "35 degrees to the left" was Isaiah 35, which speaks of a rose blooming in the desert. I now understand that that refers to the Rose of England. As we have also shared before, the number "35" speaks of a transition from a comfortable "midway" mark of "3" to the "finish line" of "5". Even though America seems "further ahead" spiritually than the UK and Europe, the Lord shifted His eyes towards Europe because He is calling for a total transformation where stage "5" is the only acceptable "resting" stage. Because America settled for stage "4", she is in the middle of a spiritual regression for which she shall be judged.

I must admit that I immediately applied Mr. R.H.'s October 22 email to my personal situation. When I understood that "Day zero" was May 29, it reminded me of something very important that happened to me on "Day 1" (May 30). In a sense, May 30, 2005 was the beginning of a long and winding journey that ended on March 17, 2006, after 292 days. The number 292 equals 73 times 4, which again points to Psalm 73. As we share above, Psalm 73 is a psalm crying out to God for vindication before the unrighteous. As my journey ended, a deep longing for vindication emanated from my soul, a 5th-seal longing for God's vindicating vendetta (Revelation 6:9-11). This "vendetta" is not motivated by personal emotions but by a longing desire to see man's roadblocks so that God's Kingdom and Glory may be manifested on Earth. I can safely say this, my fellow believer, because, as God very well knows, I would not mind being reduced to nothingness and disappear completely, spirit, soul, and body (with no reward for my efforts, in this life or the afterlife), if that is what it takes for God's Glory to be manifested from within the lives of others. I would not mind disappearing and being forgotten for eternity by all whom I have blessed, if that is what it takes for God's Glory to fill the Earth.

The date July 22 also struck me in a personal way because of a dream that a brother had sent to us. That dream was dated July 22. The brother who sent the dream is directly related to the event on May 30 that "initiated" my "long and winding odyssey". Here is the dream that he had that day:

This dream is a "prophetic drama" where the dreaming brother (an American in real life) plays the role of the "American Church". In the dream, the man leading the meeting was in his 50s. As we have seen before, the number "50" speaks of "Pentecost" and the "outpouring of the Spirit". Therefore, the man leading the meeting speaks of a remnant people who are pregnant with the vision of God's latter-rain outpouring. Not all the people in the meeting were clearly visible, which speaks of how there is a remnant people hidden to the natural eye who are attentive (i.e.- hospitable) to God's latter-rain word. The attendees that the brother was able to see were between 40 and 70 years old. The number "40" speaks of "spiritual deserts" of purifying judgments, and the number "70" speaks of Old-Covenant structures that hinder the free prophetic flow in God's people. The number "70" also speaks of the Church's period of "Babylonian captivity" under the "pastoral matriarchy" (Daniel 9:1-3). The 40-70 age range, therefore, speaks of black-horse believers who have been "stuck" out in the lonely wilderness as a result of the Old-Covenant structures maintained by the pastoral matriarchy inside the Church. These believers are the equivalent of the "Joshua generation" that was forced to wander aimlessly in the wilderness as a result of the older generation's hardness of heart.

In the dream, a few people walked in a couple of times after the meeting had already started. These 2 groups of "latecomers" represent Eldad and Medad, the "non-chosen" men who participated in Moses' prophetic impartation along with the 70 elders:

As we have studied before, Eldad and Medad are a figure of a New-Covenant prophetic impartation in the midst of Old-Covenant staleness. They are a figure of the appearance on Earth of a latter-rain remnant that will not play by the rules imposed by the religious system of shame. They will understand the prophetic freedom of the Spirit while remaining under full submission to God's apostolic judgments. They will move in the 2-witness anointing. Clothed in the anointing of the red, black, and green horses of the Apocalypse, they come to devastate the Old Covenant and the pastoral matriarchy so that God's Glory may inundate the Earth. Fully under the white-horse anointing, they are the secret and unwanted agents of God inserted into the Earth to reconquer the planet back unto Him.

In the dream, the meeting was about traveling to Europe, and this meeting seems to have been previously advertised, which speaks of how God has prophesied in these latter days about a mighty move of His Spirit in Europe. The meeting's "advertisement" also reveals the fact that the calling to fight for Europe is "out there to be heard", and those who are in the Spirit shall hear it. The meeting's speaker wrote a book about traveling to Europe which was over 1000 pages long. In Scripture, "thousands" speak of supernatural multiplication, and "writing" is related to the "scribe" ministry, which is, in turn, related to both the teacher and prophetic ministries. Scribes transmit "information" given to them by others, which is exactly what teachers do. The scribes of the Spirit must also act like dictation-taking secretaries who are attentive to the Spirit's every word, whether the word be "big" or "little". This entails prophetic sensitivity. As we have studied before, teachers are "perfected" when they move in the fullness of the prophetic anointing. Therefore, the book with over 1000 pages speaks of "perfected" teachers (i.e.- prophetic teachers) who will produce abundant supernatural teaching that will reveal to all who are willing to listen that God has His heart set on invading Europe and conquering it unto Himself.

In the dream, the dreamer had a project he was working on as he listened to what was being said in the meeting. That project is a figure of the American Church's human projects to "further the Gospel". Just like Martha, the American Church is too busy with her projects to pay full attention to God's deepest thoughts and desires. At first, the brother was paying more attention to the meeting than to his project, but, as time wore on, his unwillingness to leave his project behind and enter God's appointed meeting led to him becoming fully distracted. He eventually lost track of the meeting as he became absorbed in his own project. You can only be half-hearted towards God for so long, for He will eventually force you to decide either way. As we have shared when we studied the "5-stage bowl", stage "4", the stage prior to reaching the "finish line", is a temporary stage. You cannot stay there forever. If you are too cautious to make God's quantum leap of faith into stage "5", you will eventually slide back to stage "3", and you will miss out on God's eternal purposes. Just like the dreamer, the American Church tried to be "here" and "there" at the same time. It wanted to be in the center of God's will and in the middle of its human paradigms at the same time. Because of this wavy half-heartedness, she missed out on being a David-raising Samuel, turning instead into a (Son-of-)David-doubting Thomas.

In the dream, the dreamer was cautious about interrupting the meeting, even though he was interested in the trip through Europe. Unlike the two groups of people who walked into the meeting after it had started, the brother was more concerned about "respectfully" following human "protocol" than about pursuing God's zeal. As we have shared before, God's latter-rain army is an army of "crazy fractal believers" who have no reverence for human authority and protocol. The American Church, however, allowed her cautious respect for human authority and protocol to hinder her, and God's vision for her ended up in the cautious pit of aborted dreams.

As the dreamer's attention drifted away from the meeting, he became absorbed in his own projects. This is a prophetic figure of the spirit of "idiocy" that gripped America's Church. As we have said before, the word "idiocy" is derived from the Greek word idios, which means "pertaining to one's self". Therefore, an "idiot" is a person who is so absorbed in himself that he is unable to see the value of others. Because of America's idiocy, she was unable to perceive the hidden potential across the Ocean, and she was even unable to perceive the spiritual potential inserted in the midst of her own people. As America's "ministers" continue to labor in their "huge" and "important" projects, the "little people" remain idle and unappreciated.

"America's idiocy" explains why the dreamer belittled France as a redundant place not worth visiting. France is gripped by the Girgashite spirit, which promotes conformity and blasé uniformity. However, France has some beautiful prophetic seeds, hidden underneath, which will germinate in these latter days. France has a powerful prophetic anointing that shall be unwrapped from its hardened Girgashite shell in these final days. The prophetic anointing promotes creativity, individuality, and uniqueness. Therefore, underneath the blasé uniformity of France (and Europe) lies a wonderful prophetic diversity waiting to be untapped. The Church in America, however, is yet unaware of this. Just like the brother in the dream, the American Church has the earnest desire to bless the nations, but, she never takes the time to visualize the value and potential in places like Europe; that is because she values that potential in terms of religious parameters, and she is totally unreceptive to the "fractal" nature of God's prophetic anointing.

As we have shared before, the Lord's plan to conquer Europe starts in the UK. He will then move down to Italy. From there, He will move up towards Germany, which will serve as the launching pad for a massive revival throughout Eastern Europe. After that, He will return west towards France, Spain, and Portugal. Therefore, when the dreamer heard about going to France, he was hearing the latter part of the meeting. While America remains in her 4-year delay, God will be doing a massive spiritual operation across Europe. By May 2009 (the end of the 4-year delay), God will be finishing the groundwork for the conquest of Cain's toughest strongholds in Europe: France, Spain, and Portugal. While God deals with the "Southern Cain" that delayed His revival in America, He will also be dealing with the spirit of Cain in Europe. As He devastates the American Korah, the skies will begin to clear over Europe, paving the way for His mighty visitation across the European continent.

The fact that the brother had the above-mentioned dream on July 22 has spiritual significance. As we have said before, the number "22" refers to the spiritual civil war that God has decreed over America because of her half-heartedness. The month of July is the 7th month of the year, and the number "7" speaks of "perfection" or "completion". Therefore, God is declaring:

On October 10, 2005 (10/10), Mr. R.H. met a man from Presque Isle, Maine at a rest stop on his way to Scottsdale, Arizona. As we recently shared, the word "Presque" (which means "almost" in French) speaks of how America came close to the fulfillment of God's vision for her, but without "crossing over to the other side". The date "October 10" emphasizes the number "10", which speaks of the spiritual tithe (10%) that America was unwilling to give to God.

The name "Arizona" is a combination of the Spanish words "árida" and "zona" meaning "arid" and "zone" respectively. In other words, Arizona is a short way of saying "arid zone". The name "Scottsdale" can be interpreted as "valley of Scots". Therefore, we can say that "Scottsdale, Arizona" has the connotation of a secluded glen in the middle of an arid desert where spiritual "Scots" can take shelter. Because the American Church came close ("presque") to God's visitation without actually receiving it, those with the remnant spirit have been forced to take refuge in secluded oases, in spiritual "Fort Wayne"s in the middle of dry "Indiana"s. This is where the "Scots" (those with a "UK" anointing of judgments) have been forced to hide. Since America refused to be a true "Nova Scotia", a "New Scotland", the Scots were forced to seek refuge in secluded glens.

Mr. R.H.'s trip to Phoenix is a figure of God's green-horse riders who are called to admit defeat, go to Sheol, and rise from the ashes of "insurmountable defeat" in newness of resurrection. Mr. R.H. arrived in Phoenix on October 29, 2005, around noon. This was exactly 5 calendar months after "Day 0" (May 29, 2005), and it happens to be "Day 153". As we have said before, the number "153" speaks of the supernatural and overwhelming harvest that shall be reaped in the latter days as a consequence of the prophetic remnant's sacrifice. After His sacrificial death, the resurrected Jesus, under the green-horse anointing, caused the disciples to supernaturally "harvest" 153 fish (John 21:9-11).

The Lord told Mr. R.H. that his stay in Phoenix would be momentary, and that he was to "swiftly" leave Phoenix. Yeshua descended to Sheol and stayed there for 3 days. But, just as quickly as He descended to Sheol, He suddenly emerged out of Sheol in resurrection glory. The same applies to all green-horse riders. After you have been "killed" under the green-horse anointing, your stay in "Phoenix" will be momentary, and you will suddenly fly off, like a bird that springs to freedom when his cage is suddenly opened.

Mr. R.H. stayed in Phoenix for exactly 9 days, leaving at noon on November 7, 2005. Interestingly enough, the date "November 7" is a date that appears 16 times in 6 different postings (prior to this one). This is the context in which this date has been mentioned:
