Prophetic word for today The outpouring First posted: July 29, 2005 E-mailed: February 21, 2005 Word received by: Sabe Oksap
In November 2004, I had this vision that I was standing on top of a huge bridge, like Australia's Sydney Harbour bridge (exactly the picture), and on the horizon in front of me were two huge mountains, green and very fresh. And, out from the centre of the two mountains, flowed out a white milky river, and the water increased until it became the biggest outpouring of that river and flooded through the whole, entire place where I was standing. The fountain of the deep busted forth from the two mountains.
As I looked on, along the river bank there was a huge green forest. But, to my surprise, out of the green pasture came forth a river of fire, hot red fire. The grass and trees just stood, and the river of fire just came and flowed over the trees and the jungle. It joined up with the milky river, and it became the fountains of the deep, of the deepest that no one has ever seen. The fire river looked like volcano lava, but it was clean and fresh. The fire river did not destroy the trees and the jungle. The jungle just stood, and the outpouring of the river just flowed through.
As I was standing on the bridge, the water level came up to the bridge, right under where I was standing. I was fearful that it would drown me, and I woke up.
In the vision, sister Sabe was standing on top of a huge bridge. In the Spirit, bridges are a figure of prophetic intercession, because they speak of people who close the gap so that others may move ahead:
"29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. 30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. 31Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD." (Ezekiel 22:29-31)
Even though verse 30 is frequently quoted in "prophetic conferences", most people seem to miss out on a "curious" detail. The Lord is saying here that He had sought for a man among the people who would stand in the gap but was unable to find one. However, He was saying this to the prophet Ezekiel. Wasn't Ezekiel an Israelite? Wasn't Ezekiel an obedient man of God? Why, then, did the Lord not consider Ezekiel as a candidate to stand in the gap? Because the "bridge believer" must always be found from amongst the people that must be restored.
When Jesus would send the disciples in twos into the cities and towns, He would tell them that they should not stay and preach in a particular place if there was no one from that place who was willing to host them (Luke 10:1-15). In other words, the city or town always required a "point of contact", i.e.- a bridge house that would serve as the point of contact between God and that place. For any country or culture to be restored, there must be a person within that country or culture who is willing to serve as the bridge for God's restoration process.
Besides the "bridge", there must be an external agent of change. This external agent comes with an unadulterated impartation from God that he (or she) has received as he has remained in "isolation", away from the spiritual influences of the place he is sent to change. Even though Ezekiel was technically an Israelite and was a physical resident of Israel, he had spiritually stayed away from the contamination of Israel and its culture. He had remained in direct contact with the Lord, and he had an unadulterated message from Him:
"22And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee. 23Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face. 24Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house." (Ezekiel 3:22-24)
Therefore, Ezekiel served as the external agent of change who was bringing a word that no one had heard before, and it was a word that would be met with great opposition and resentment:
"7But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted. 8Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads. 9As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house." (Ezekiel 3:7-9)
As the external agent who was independent of the Israelite culture, Ezekiel himself could not act as the intercessory bridge, because that bridge had to be found within the Israelite culture. This is why God searched for such a bridge among the people of the land, but he found none.
When God preached the Gospel to the Gentiles, he found a "bridge" in Cornelius (Acts chapter 10) and an external agent in Peter (Acts 10:1-48). Through Cornelius, not only were Cornelius' immediate family and friends converted to the "strange" message of the cross; he also served as the bridge into the Gentiles in general. When God preached the Gospel to Ethiopia, he found a "bridge" in the Ethiopian eunuch and an external agent in Philip (Acts 8:26-40). The eunuch was willing to "host" a stranger running by the side of his chariot in the middle of the desert, and, as he did, he heard a "strange" message that he had never heard before. When he recognized that God was speaking, he converted, and he carried the Gospel back to Ethiopia. When God preached the Gospel in Philippi, he found a "bridge" in Lydia and external agents in Paul and Silas (Acts 16:6-40).
Bridges draw in God's external agents. In other words, when God finds a willing bridge, He will raise up an external agent for that bridge. In the case of Cornelius, God raised up Peter by speaking to him in a vision (Acts 10:9-18), even when Peter was initially reluctant to cooperate. In the case of Lydia and the people of Philippi, God raised up Paul and Silas by speaking to Paul in a vision (Acts 16:6-10), even when Paul and Silas' original intention was not to head in the direction of Philippi.
Bridges are designed to bear the weight of others. Therefore, "bridge" believers must be willing to pay a sacrifice in order to bring about the restoration of the place or culture they are at. When a bridge and an external agent "hook up", the external agent becomes "part of the bridge", and is called to bear a great spiritual burden in order to restore that place. This is what happened when Paul and Silas "hooked up" with Lydia at Philippi. A short time later, Paul and Silas were called to pay the price of being whipped and imprisoned. This allowed them to reach the otherwise unreachable jail keeper, and the faithful church of Philippi was born (Acts 16:16-34). In a sense, the external agent is like a "potential bridge" looking for a point of entry, and the initial bridge serves as that point of entry. Once the initial bridge and the external agent are together, they act as a single bridge through which God can access that particular place and vice versa.
Bridges have to allow others to walk on top of them. This means that "bridge" believers do not mind being at the "non-glorious" bottom as long as others can progress and be lifted up. To be a bridge requires disinterested selflessness.
Every time God is out to find a bridge, He is looking to carry the people in that place over to a new dimension they have never been to before. This transition into a new dimension requires the crossing of a difficult barrier, and this crossing is impossible without a bridge. The places where people are comfortable in their status quo will reject the building of a bridge in their "area", which will lead to their eventual degradation and to the wrath of an Almighty God who measures everything in terms of potential. No one cares if a dog only learns to say the words "Roof" and "I love you". Why? Because dogs are not born with the potential to "speak". On the other hand, any responsible parent would get angry and frustrated at a kid who has great intelligence but who is wasting his life away doing unrighteous things, even if he can say more words than the smartest of dogs. Everyone is held accountable for what they do with their potential, and, as human beings, we have the potential to be One with God Himself. That is the standard against which we are all measured, and it is the standard that determines God's judgment against us. Life is an uphill climb. Anyone who stops going forward will inevitably start rolling back. Those who reject spiritual progress are rejecting God, and those who reject God immediately set themselves against Him. Spiritual mediocrity is like a cancer that grows and destroys potential, and it is an enemy of God:
"23He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. 24When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. 25And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. 26Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first." (Luke 11:23-26)
"8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 10That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 11If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. 12Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 3:8-14) [ Notice that Paul says, "that I may win Christ" (v8). In other words, he saw "winning Christ" as a possibility in the future, not a certainty in the past. Most believers think that they have "won Christ" immediately after they were born again, but this passage clearly shows that this is not the case. Notice that Paul understood that "to win Christ", he would have to have "fellowship in His sufferings", and he would have to be made like Him in His death (v10), which means that one must be willing to sacrifice oneself so that others may enter into God's purposes (Colossians 1:24, Galatians 4:19).
Notice also that Paul says, "If ... I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead" (v11). Obviously, Paul did not see his "resurrection" as a given. In its true and deepest sense, the word "resurrection" is more than just coming back to biological life after you kick the bucket. It means being resurrected into Oneness with God. That is the moment where you will have "won Christ", because you will have been made One with Him for eternity; you will be His and He will be yours (Song of Solomon 2:16). This is what Scripture calls "eternal life", and this is the "high calling of God" (v14) that we all have. This high calling is reached through constant surrender (not through human effort). Just as we surrendered our lives to escape the eternal torment of hell, we must continue surrendering to enter into eternal life. Those who stop surrendering and settle for a comfortable "religious life" will get caught in the middle ground between hell and eternal life. They will not go to hell, but they will not be One with God either, and they will wear the badge of their willful and deliberate mediocrity for eternity (Jeremiah 23:33-40)]
"Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him" (Hebrews 10:38)
From all of the above, we can say that sister Sabe's presence on top of the huge bridge speaks of her as a spiritual bridge of prophetic intercession, and everything that was drawn towards the bridge (after she stood on top of it) speaks of the "external agents" that were drawn in as a result. This dream is a prophetic figure of how believers with the true spirit of prophetic intercession will draw in the Lord's Glorious presence into the Church in these latter days. The true intercessors are the bridge through which God will restore the Church from its current matriarchal state so that it may enter into the fullness of its "spiritual manhood".
One of the spiritual reasons why sister Sabe pictured Australia's Sydney Harbour bridge is because of the "Sydney 2000" Olympics. Sydney was the first city to host the summer Olympics in the 21st century, i.e.- in the third millennium. Even more than the World Cup, the Olympics represent the gathering of people from all continents and nations, and, as we have said before, the Olympics can represent a point of contact (i.e.- a bridge) through which all nations can receive a spiritual impartation. As the first host in the third millennium, "Sydney" here represents the host (or "bridge") through which the Church will enter into its spiritual "third day", as prophesied in Hosea 6:1-3.
Another spiritual reason why sister Sabe pictured an Australian bridge is because of the name "Australia". The word "austral" means "southern, southerly", and, as we have said before, the south speaks of "weakness" in Scripture, and God has prophesied that His latter-rain glory will come through vessels of weakness who "vehemently" cry out to God for true restoration (Habakkuk 3:1-2 -- the word "Shigionoth" in Habakkuk 3:1 means "vehement voice" or "like a drunk").
A third reason why sister Sabe pictured Sidney's Harbor bridge is because of its simple but sturdy design. It contains 58,000 tons of steel, and it was designed to withstand 125 mph (200 km/hr) winds, which have never been recorded in Sydney. This speaks of prophetic intercession that is firmly grounded in truth. Such intercession can withstand God's testing winds (Matthew 7:24-25).

When you decide to stand on top of the bridge of prophetic intercession, God will begin to show you prophetic visions of what He wants you to pray for, and, through your prayer, those visions will be drawn in like a cloud that approaches from the horizon.
When sister Sabe stood on top of the bridge, she saw two huge mountains that were "green and very fresh". As we have said before, the color "green" is spiritually related to the prophetic ministry because it speaks of hope and vision. As we have also said before, the prophetic ministry is strongly associated with "oil" in Scripture. Therefore, we can say that the two green mountains speak of the two "olive trees", since olives produce oil:
"11Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? 12And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? 13And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. 14Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth." (Zechariah 4:11-14)
The phrase "Lord of the whole earth" in verse 14 above means that these two "anointed ones" come to minister the Lordship of God over all the Earth. This means that they come with a strong evangelistic impartation, since the evangelistic ministry propels believers to conquer the spiritual atmosphere unto God.
These two "anointed ones" are referred to as the "two witnesses" in Revelation:
"3And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. 4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will." (Revelation 11:3-6)
As we have said before, these "two witnesses" represent believers with a strong prophetic and apostolic anointings. When you participate of the "two-witness" anointing, you become a prophet who can launch apostolic judgments like stinging arrows into the air. As we have said before, the Church has tried to keep the prophetic and the apostolic apart, but, in these latter days, God will bring these two together, and He will raise (and is raising) up prophets who are not afraid to make judgments in the Spirit.
When sister Sabe beheld the two green mountains, she drew in the "two witness" anointing. In these latter days, the true prophetic intercessors are drawing unto the Church a prophetic manifestation with fearsome apostolic judgments and an evangelistic anointing to conquer the Earth unto "the Lord of the whole earth" (Zechariah 4:14). If you look carefully, you will notice that this points to the white horse of the Apocalypse in Revelation 6:2. The white-horse rider has a bow in his hand, which speaks of the prophetic anointing that launches prophetic arrows into the air; he has a crown, which speaks of the evangelistic anointing of spiritual conquest; and he is released when the first seal of the book of judgments is opened, which speaks of an underlying apostolic anointing. Because of this spiritual connection between the "two witnesses" and the white horse of the Apocalypse, sister Sabe saw the two mountains produce a white river of water. Through true prophetic intercessors, the white-horse anointing has been released into the Church. This anointing comes with an impartation of the 3 "male" ministries (apostle, prophet, and evangelist), and it marks the beginning of the end for the pastoral matriarchy in the Church.
The river that flowed mightily out from the two mountains was "milky white". The "milkiness" of the river points to the following passage:
"1Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, 2As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:" (1 Peter 2: 1-2)
The word "sincere" in verse 2 was translated from the Greek word adolos, which literally means, "without guile". Therefore, this verse is speaking of milk devoid of manipulation or cunning. Why would the Holy Spirit call us to desire "guileless milk"? Because He wants to emphasize the fact that there is milk with guile, and that such milk is provided by man. Behind "guile", there is always a hidden agenda and a desire to manipulate the other person.
When a new believer is born again and integrated into a congregation, man sees that new and "vulnerable" spiritual baby as a person from whom benefits can be derived. That new believer becomes a financial contributor and a person who will bolster the congregation's "reputation" by increasing its "population size". That new believer adds to the "family of believers" in that congregation and serves to bolster the atmosphere of "soul communion". A congregation of 5 members is not as "vibrant and exciting" to the soul as a congregation of 500. A "soul-oriented" family looking for a church would be more excited about attending a 500-member congregation than about attending a 5-member congregation. The 500-member congregation can mask the absence of God in the midst of "brotherly communion" and "church activities"; in the 5-member congregation, the presence or absence of God is much more noticeable.
Because pastors tend to see "new members" in terms of their "congregational value" rather than their "individual value" before God, they surreptitiously preach a message that attaches the believer's sense of self-worth to the congregation. In other words, the believer is slowly taught that, without the congregation, he or she is "nothing" and is "useless in the kingdom". Every spiritual role is then defined in terms of tasks assigned by the congregation through its religious hierarchy, and the believer is slowly lured into a permanent state of dependence on the congregation and its leadership. The congregation assumes the role of the Holy Spirit, and it becomes the determiner of a believer's "role" in the Kingdom. Before Jesus left the Earth, He said the following:
"7Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. 12I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you." ( John 16:7-15)
Notice that Jesus did not say, "When I go away, I will send pastors and congregations in my place, and they will guide you to all truth". Jesus died on the cross precisely for the purpose of ending the separation between God and man. When He died, the veil that covered the Holy of Holies was rent in two:
"50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many." (Matthew 27:50-53) Notice how this verse relates the tearing of the veil with resurrection. In other words, the word "resurrection" in Scripture is used to refer to a state of direct Oneness with God. This correlates with what we said about "resurrection" above.]
Jesus came to end the separation of the Old Covenant, not to reinforce it. He did not come to replace one hierarchical system with another. He did not come to replace one intermediary priesthood with another. He did not come to place a Church hierarchy between God and man. He came to rend the veil of the temple, and those who focus on the congregation rather than on the individual are annulling His work, and they are giving God's people "milk with guile". According to 1 Peter 2:2, we need "guileless milk" in order to grow. Those who are comfortable with "guileful milk" will have their spiritual growth inevitably stunted.
Notice what the Holy Spirit prompted Peter to write immediately after the reference to "guileless milk":
"3If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. 4To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 6Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded. 7Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, 8And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed." (1 Peter 2:3- 8)
Notice that verse 4 says that Jesus was rejected of men but "chosen of God, and precious". In other words, verse 4 emphasizes Jesus' value in terms of His individual value before God, not in terms of His "congregational" value in the eyes of men. Verse 5 then declares that verse 4 applies to "ye also". As individuals, we have an inherent individual value and purpose in God that is independent of any other human being or group of human beings on Earth. According to verse 5, that individual value materializes in a "holy priesthood" in which we minister spiritual sacrifices directly before God. Therefore, when the Holy Spirit speaks of "guileless milk" in verse 3, He is referring to spiritual milk that makes us aware of our individual value before God and of our direct priesthood before Him.
Yes, we have a role to play in the Body of Christ, and we are called to serve each other, but we are to do it in the assurance of our individual value in Christ. As we have said before, Scripture says that we are to gather as saints (whether literally or spiritually) to give to others so that others may grow in their individual relationship with God. However, when your sense of inner value is derived from the congregation (and not from your individual relationship with God), you begin to gather with other saints because you need them. In other words, you gather to receive and not to give, which creates congregations full of dependent sheep who go to get their spiritual needs met by more "spiritual" human shepherds. This leads to congregations full of spiritual dwarfs who never grow because the spiritual potential of each believer is left untapped.
Notice also that the passage above speaks of us as living stones who belong to a "spiritual house" (v5). Once our individual value is established in verses 4 and 5, we are then referred to as members of a spiritual Body. This passage never speaks of our value in terms of literal congregations or human organizations. Our relationship with other "living stones" is one of willful sacrifice to strengthen them, not of compulsory work to build up our own spiritual value. When you see a human congregation as the source of your spiritual value, you will serve that congregation out of need, which means that you will serve in human weakness. When your spiritual value is independent of any human opinion, you will serve others in the strength and power of your God-given grace. You will serve in the prophetic and evangelistic grace of the white-horse anointing. You will serve in the grace provided by guileless white milk.
The word "confounded" at the end of verse 6 was translated from the Greek verb kataischuno, which literally means, "to dishonor, disgrace". In other words, those who truly believe in the precious "chief cornerstone" are individually precious in Him, and they are not to be dishonored or belittled by others. When pastors attach the value of believers to the congregation, they are dishonoring God's living stones, and they are thereby dishonoring God. According to verse 7, when you believe that He is "precious", His preciousness is attributed to you. In God's eyes, you become precious just as Jesus the man was precious in God's eyes, and those who deny your value and potential are calling God a liar. According to verse 5, to deny your value means to deny your direct, individual priesthood before God.
Notice what the Holy Spirit goes on to say:
"9But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy." ( 1 Peter 2:9-10)
According to verse 9, the Lord has called us out of darkness and has made us a "royal priesthood", a "peculiar people". Based on all that we have seen so far, this means that we were in darkness when we were separated from God and were unable to minister as priests before Him. When we are given "guileful milk", we are returned to the darkness of the past because the congregation's leadership determines your spiritual role in life. We are separated from God's direct presence once again, and we are thereby separated from "His marvelous light" (v9). Once we are separated from God, we become the slaves of men and not of Christ, and we come under their spiritual control. This is the "guile" behind the "guileful milk". Once you are sold on the idea that you are nothing without the congregation, you become the deceived slave of the congregation's leadership.
In a general sense, we came out of darkness when we were born again. We were called out of the world where we were slaves to the demons of this world. However, most of us went out from one house of slavery (the world) into another house of slavery, the matriarchal Church, where we were once again separated from God through subtle doctrines of human intermediaries and surreptitiously subjected to the demons we had left behind when we came out of the world:
"O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?" ( Galatians 3:1)
"8Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. 9But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?" ( Galatians 4:8-9)
"They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them" ( Galatians 4:17)[ Notice that, behind "guileful milk", there are always people who desire to possess you and control you.]
The white milk with red protein As we have seen before, believers with the "red-horse anointing" cause an internal strife that leads to the separation of the true believer from the pseudo-believer. When red-horse riders appear in a place, the shout of God begins to be heard, and His shout calls the truly faithful out from among the contaminated crowd (2 Corinthians 6:17-18). Therefore, we can safely say that those who drink the "guileless milk" will inevitably hear God's shout to separate themselves from the darkness of human intermediaries, and they will inevitably enter into the "red-horse anointing".
When sister Sabe saw the white milky river, she was seeing the overflow of the white-horse and the red-horse anointings over God's people. The white horse imbues believers with an awareness of their individual prophetic bow of grace and their evangelistic crown of grace, under a foundation of apostolic righteousness. The red horse comes to call God's people out of the earthly structures within the Church. As believers come out, they are cleansed of erroneous doctrines of earthly bondage, and they are given guileless milk that allows them to grow. This guileless milk is milk given with no hidden agenda or desire of manipulation. It is disinterested milk given in the sincere desire to see the believer grow unto God.
As the white and red horses gallop into the Church, she is being flooded by the white milky river. In the dream, sister Sabe saw this river flowing out from the "fountain of the deep". Why? Because this river flows from teachings that have been hidden and repressed for centuries. These teachings flow out of the deep apostolic wisdom of God, and they are coming to flood out all the Girgashite teachings that have indoctrinated believers into faith in the hierarchical structures of man. This mighty river will be drawn in as believers stand on the bridge of true prophetic intercession, and it flows from believers with the two-witness anointing. In this case, the "bridge" is the intercessor and the "external agent" is the two-witness anointing poured into the Church from the outside.
In the dream, sister Sabe could clearly see every move and flow of the river. This speaks of "deliberateness". This river is not drawn in "automatically". It is drawn in through deliberate intercessory prayer that is consciously aware of the consequences brought on by the arrival of the white and red horses. The white horse comes to begin the restoration of the 3 "male" ministries and to destroy the pastoral matriarchy; therefore, anyone who wants to preserve the matriarchy will shy away from this type of intercessory prayer. On the other hand, the red horse comes to create internal conflict within the Church in order to draw believers out from traditional doctrines and structures; therefore, those who prefer a false "peace and harmony" will shy away from praying for the red horse.
As you heed the shout of the red-horse rider, you are cleansed from the fundamental impurities in the Church, and you are prepared for a direct relationship with God. As you expose yourself directly to God, you will begin to grow and grow as you behold the glory of God in your heart without the obstacle of human intermediaries:
"17Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:17-18) [ We experience "liberty" when the Lord is the Spirit. If the "Lord" happens to be the pastor or the congregation's ruling committee, the Spirit is not the Lord, and you are not in "liberty".]
When you begin a direct relationship with God, you are for the first time free. We are free when the only Lord of our lives is God and God alone, instead of God and the local church leadership. No person can serve two masters. You will either end up serving the congregation's leadership while ignoring God, or you will heed the shout of God and surrender to God and God alone.
After the milky white river, sister Sabe saw a huge green forest along the river bank. This forest is a figure of those who come out of the Church's dilapidated structures as they heed the shout of the red-horse riders. As these believers come out from under the Church's Girgashite coverings, they will go out into the "wilderness", where there is nothing above them but the clear sky of God's apostolic judgment presence. As we studied before, the wilderness experience works righteousness in us, which in turn draws in God's prophetic grace upon our lives. As we continue growing in righteousness, we become like a spiritual forest of tall trees unto God (Isaiah 32:15-17). In that forest, we are given a strong evangelistic impartation, and we experience exuberant spiritual growth. This is the reason why the forest was "huge", since "conquering greatness" and "expansion" are most directly related to the evangelistic ministry.
From these "forest believers" who are growing outside the covering of the Church will proceed consuming judgment word that will purify the Church. As we have shared before, the black horse of the Apocalypse comes to produce "spiritual famine", consuming the excess wheat and barley of temporary grace while preserving the eternal grace of oil and wine. This correlates with the river of fire in the dream that swept through the trees and the grass without injuring them. Because of their relation to tallness, the trees represent the evangelistic wine, and, because of their "greenness", the grass represents the prophetic oil (since the color green is related to the prophetic ministry).
As we said above, the two mountains from where the milky river flowed represent the two witnesses of Revelation chapter 11. This shows the spiritual connection between the "two witness" anointing and the white and red horses of the Apocalypse. As believers stay in the outdoor wilderness, they grow in the "two witness" anointing, and a river of fire will begin to proceed from their mouths, and this fire releases the black horse into the Church:
"4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed." (Revelation 11:4-5)
This river of fire will only target those who misuse spiritual grace for temporary purposes. As the fire devours the wheat and the barley, it will leave emptiness behind. As we said above, the Church is adept at faking out its spiritual void by filling it with other things such as soul communion and church activities. In many congregations, the absence of God's Shekinah presence is not felt because the atmosphere is filled with "emotional experiences" (i.e.- wheat) and "financial prosperity" (i.e.- barley) that do nothing to change believers on the inside. Believers dupe themselves into thinking that God really is there because of the physical and emotional prosperity around them, without realizing that God's presence can be seen only in places where believers are willing to surrender their wills (i.e.- hearts) and die. An emotion-laden experience is not wrong per se, but it is empty and fruitless if it is not the overflow of a yielded heart. The black horse, therefore, comes to consume all the wheat and barley in order to reveal the spiritual emptiness and sterility inside the Church. This is the reason why many believers throughout the world feel a deep sense of "dissatisfaction" and "emptiness" in the congregations they attend, even when church services are full of people and very boisterous.
The Lord refers to this "river of fire" in verse 31 of the passage already quoted above:
"29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. 30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. 31Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD." (Ezekiel 22:29-31)
This reveals an important principle. When the Lord was unable to find a "bridge" inside the Israelite culture (v30) that would draw in Ezekiel ("the external agent of change"), He turned Ezekiel into the "bridge", and the "external agent of change" became the river of God's wrath against Israel. This river would come to bring utter destruction against the stubbornness that was rejecting the word in Ezekiel. In these latter days, God is doing the same thing with the Church. Since the Church has rejected God's true prophets, they are now acting as a bridge that will draw in the fire river of God's wrath in order to bring utter destruction upon the Church's stubborn structures.
This is also what happened when Jesus came to Jerusalem. Jesus was the "external agent of change", but He found no "bridge" that would host Him, so He became the "bridge" that drew in literal and spiritual destruction against Jerusalem (Matthew 23:37-38). In the year 70 AD, the Roman army, led by Titus, came to destroy Jerusalem and the temple. This is a figure of how God's river of wrath always comes to destroy the religious structures that turn away His external agents of change.
Sister Sabe was surprised to see a river of red fire proceeding from the green pasture of the forest. As we have said before, the color "red" can refer to the apostolic ministry, while the color "green" refers to the prophetic ministry. Therefore, the red fire that came from the green pasture speaks of believers with a prophetic anointing who unleash apostolic judgments. As we have said before, the Church has tried to keep the prophetic and the apostolic separated, but, in these latter days, believers with the two-witness anointing will operate in both anointings. It is surprising to the natural mind to see believers who are green with prophetic grace suddenly unleashing destruction through red apostolic judgments, but, in these latter days, God will raise up believers who will realize that true prophets are judging prophets. Whoever denies this is denying the truth, and is acting as a stumbling block to God's latter-rain revival.
I have heard renowned preachers who firmly declare that "New Testament prophets" must only "console" and "comfort" believers, and that only "Old Testament prophets" had the right to make judgments and say "nasty things". Such idiotic comments reveal that these "renowned preachers" only read the passages of Scripture that are pleasing to their souls. They apparently haven't read Titus 1:12-13 where Paul commends a "New Testament prophet" for calling the Cretans "liars, gluttons, and evil beasts". They apparently haven't read Revelation 22:18-19, where the "New Testament prophet" John pronounces a curse judgment against anyone who dares to add or remove Scripture according to his or her personal interest. They apparently haven't read Matthew chapter 23 where the "New Testament prophet" Jesus calls certain people "hypocrites", "whited sepulchers", "fools", "prophet murderers", "serpents", "vipers", and other such words of "consolation" and "comfort". They apparently haven't read Revelation 2:23 where the "New Testament prophet" John quotes the resurrected "New Testament prophet" Jesus as saying that He will kill Jezebel's children with death. Does that sound like a word of "encouragement" from the Lord?
The fools who promote the "nice prophet" doctrine believe that prophetic grace must yield nothing but "blessings" and "prosperity". Since they truly don't care about laying a foundation of righteousness, the only "good use" they see for prophetic grace is to obtain temporary blessings. They become "spiritual Balaams" who encourage believers to use God's holy gifts for banal purposes. Just like Balaam, they become enemies of God and obstructionists who hinder and delay God's purposes for His people (Numbers 25:1-5, Numbers 31:15-17).
"But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication" (Revelation 2:14)
As we have said before, the black horse comes against these spiritual Balaams. Out of the black-horse riders shall proceed fire that will devour their "enemies", according to Revelation 11:5, and these "enemies" are the Balaams who teach the children of Israel to "eat things sacrificed to idols". This is why the black horse is the horse of famines. It comes to devour those who eat the "undead wheat" offered by the Balaams in the Church.
The black horse is released by the believers who heed the "red-horse shout" and who go out into the spiritual wilderness. Therefore, the black horse is an "undercover" spiritual horse that is sent into the Church's structures by believers who are standing outside.
When believers go out into the wilderness, they lose the comfort and warmth of human coverings, and they become exposed to the "elements" and to scarcity. Fellow believer, if you have heeded the shout of the red horse, you can rest assured that you will enter into a phase of scarcity in your life. You will suffer emotional scarcity (i.e.- scarcity of "wheat") in the sense that you will lose the pleasantness of soul communion with many of the brethren and your "friends", and you may even be forced to suffer economic scarcity (i.e.- scarcity of "barley") as the Lord takes you to "less prosperous" places in the wilderness. But, in the midst of your scarcity of wheat and barley, the oil and wine in you will begin to abound and overflow. As you forsake temporary grace in the wilderness, you will abound in eternal grace. Because you have been willing to go through scarcity yourself, you will be empowered to pronounce judgments of scarcity against the Church structures you left behind. You will become a living channel of the black horse on Earth, and you will bring destruction against the misuse of grace.
Water baptism and fire baptism The white milky river has the effect of a "water baptism". It cleanses you of your outside impurities and allows you to have a free conscience so that you may guiltlessly approach the throne of God in reverence:
"Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God." (1 John 3:21)
"21The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: 22Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him." ( 1 Peter 3:21-22)
Notice how verse 22 above speaks of angels, authorities, and powers being subjected unto Him. Why did the Holy Spirit prompt Peter to write this right after writing about a conscience-cleansing "baptism"? Because, as your conscience is cleansed, you will be free to approach God, and, as you approach Him, you will receive impartations of His authority. Therefore, if all authority is subjected unto Christ, you will begin to share in that authority and not subject yourself under the bondage of man.
The spiritual "water baptism" brought on by the milky river of the white horse and the red horse cleanses you on the outside, and prepares you for the growth process that is ahead of you. We can compare this to a piece of raw meat that must be cooked. God wants to "eat" you so that you will be One with Him. Therefore, you must first be washed in clear water in order to remove all the impurities on your spiritual exterior. This only cleanses you on the outside, so you must then go to the frying pan so that the fire will process your inside. This corresponds to the "fire baptism" mentioned in Scripture, and to the river of fire in the dream (which is brought on by the red horse and the black horse). Once you are "cooked", you are ready to be "eaten" into God and be One with Him for eternity.
"11I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: 12Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire." (Matthew 3:11-12)
The reason why many believers in the matriarchal Church fall into the same sin over and over again is because they sincerely repent before God, but they don't go on to the process of internal regeneration. They wash themselves in the waters of repentance, which cleanses them on the outside and allows them access to the Fire-presence of God, but they then walk away from the Fire, thinking that the water cleansing was enough. The fire-baptism process is a painful logos process that cuts into your innermost being and burns away all the roots of unrighteousness, transforming you into a different human being. Water washes the meat on the outside, but only fire can cook the meat on the inside. If you just wash yourself in repentance but are not cooked in the fire, you will be like a clean but raw piece of meat, uneatable by God.
When compared to John 3:5, the water baptism corresponds to being "born of water", and the fire baptism corresponds to being "born of the Spirit".
When describing the two huge mountains and the river of fire, sister Sabe used the word "fresh". This points to the following passage:
"19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began." (Acts 3:19-21)
Notice that verse 19 speaks of "repentance" and "conversion". Repentance corresponds to the water baptism and conversion corresponds to the fire baptism. When you repent, you are baptized in the baptism of John (Matthew 3:11), and you become "un-accusable". In other words, satan loses all rights to accuse you, because you have been forgiven of God and your past unrighteousness is in no way held against you any longer (Romans 8:1). This correlates with Michael the archangel and with the red-horse anointing that comes to bring down the "accuser of the brethren" (Revelation 12:7-11). Once you repent, no intermediary, whether human or spiritual, can stand between you and God (Romans 8:31-39). Even though there are roots in your heart that must be dealt with, you now have free access to the Father in order to expose yourself to His Consuming Fire.
As you stand before Him, His fire baptism comes over you, and He begins the process of restoring your inside. This process, which may take some time, causes the "conversion" referred to in Acts 3:19 above. His Fire comes in the form of judgment logos that cuts through you and reaches into the deepest parts of your heart to remove the roots of unrighteousness and to create spirit growth inside of you. Here is where you are transformed from Glory to Glory as you behold the Fire of God's Face up close (2 Corinthians 3:18). Here is where the "Law of the Spirit of Life" (Romans 8:2) begins to operate in your life. Once you repent, you are freed from the "Law of Sin and Death" (Romans 7:13, Romans 8:2), and you become exposed to God's direct logos and rhema words.
"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63) [The word "words" was translated from the Greek word rhema]
As you hear the words of His Spirit in you, you get direct impartations of His Nature, and you begin to think and act like God Himself. You develop His tastes, and you develop His way of thinking. What pleases God will please you, and what angers God will anger you.
After speaking of "repentance" and "conversion" in Acts 3:19 quoted above, the Spirit speaks of "times of refreshing". This refreshing speaks of the impartation of life that comes after judgments have been made. As we have shared before, God's intentions for judgments are not to destroy for the mere sake of sadistic destruction. They are to kill death-yielding unrighteousness so that life may flourish. Pastors are "fascinated" by the word "refreshing" in Acts 3:19 because it immediately conjures up thoughts of "blessings", "happiness", and "pleasantness", but they don't realize that true refreshing cannot come without a foundation of "unpleasant" judgments. As we have said before, it is sinful to establish a foundation of green grace. You must build on a foundation of red judgments, and, on top of that foundation you can add green prophetic grace and blue evangelistic grace. There's no two ways about it! All of this explains why a fearsome river of fire would flow from such a beautiful green forest, and it explains why the milky river (which came out of green mountains) could blend in so well with the river of fearsome fire.
According to Acts 3:20-21, when the conversion is complete and the refreshing comes, Jesus Christ, Yeshua the Messiah, is manifested on Earth. Heaven will "receive" (i.e.- host) Yeshua until "all things are restored" down here. According to Matthew 17:11, this "restoration of all things" is done by the spirit of Elijah, which comes to cleanse the Church in the water baptism of repentance. Once you are washed in the milky river and you come out of the human structures of the Church, you are prepared to have Jesus Himself descend upon you with power and glory. This is the reason why the Spirit of God descended in a bodily shape upon Jesus after He was baptized by John (Luke 3:21-22). When this happens in your life, you become a bodily (i.e.- physical) manifestation of God Himself on Earth.
In the dream, sister Sabe saw the river of fire merging with the milky river and coming towards the bridge. As the water level rose, sister Sabe became fearful, thinking that the river would drown her. This means that she began to experience the "terrors of Death and Sheol":
"3For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. 4I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:" (Psalm 88:3-4) [ The word "grave" in verse 3 was mistranslated from the Hebrew word "Sheol", meaning "hell".]
"16Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off. 17They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together." (Psalm 88:16-17) [ Notice how the compassing waters relate to sister Sabe's fear in the dream]
Therefore, we can see that sister Sabe felt the presence of "Death" and "Sheol", which points to the green horse of the Apocalypse:
"And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth." (Revelation 6:8) [ The word "pale" was translated from the Greek word chloros, which literally means "green". The word "Hell" was translated from the Greek word hades, which is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word "Sheol".]
As we have said before, the green horse comes to wreak havoc upon the soul matriarchy in the Church, and it comes with an earthquake that releases people from their Sheol prisons. In the dream, the green horse subliminally appears when the milky white river and the red fire river merge. As we have said so far, the white milky river represents the red horse of pestilence, which calls people out of the Church's human structures, and the river of red fire represents the black horse of famines released by the people who heed the red shout of God and go out into the spiritual wilderness. Therefore, we can say that the green horse will be manifested by the very believers who were called out by God's red shout and who launched the black horse of famines from the outside.
This means that the green horse speaks of the remnant believers reappearing from their exodus to wreak havoc upon the soul matriarchy in the Church. Just like David when he was fleeing from Saul, the remnant has been hiding in "caves" (1 Samuel 22:1) during their time in the wilderness, outside of Saul's illegitimate kingdom. In a spiritual sense, the remnant will begin to emerge from the "caves" they are in, and they will initiate the soul matriarchy's self-destruction process.
As we have studied before, "sin", in the generalized sense of the word, refers to a system of domination of the soul over the spirit. When "sin" came into the world, it produced "death" (Romans 6:23), which is a state of separation between the spirit of God and the spirit of man. In this state of "death" (i.e.- separation), "sin" becomes a "sting" (1 Corinthians 15:56), which means that we get "injections" of Hittite emptiness from Sheol every time we support or participate in the "Sin System". Therefore, the "Sin System" leads to separation (Death) and emptiness (Sheol) in the sinners, not in the Sin System herself. In other words, the Sin System herself does not experience death and emptiness; she just "passes it on down" to her enslaved sinners and to mankind in general.
In these latter days, however, God will give "sin" a taste of its own medicine. The green horse will act as "sin" and the "Sin System" herself will act as the "sinner". The green horse will be ridden by righteous remnant believers who had been relegated to Sheol prisons by the "Sin System" in the Church and the world. Every time the Sin System sees a righteous person, it cannot "help itself"; it will always feel compelled to kill him or her. This compulsion to kill righteous people and to send them to "Sheol" (literally and figuratively) is like a bad addiction to the "Sin System". Therefore, when the Sin System sees the green horse, she will feel compelled to go kill the horse's righteous rider, and as she does, she will experience the "wages" of her "sin", which is death. In this case, the "death" that the Sin System will experience is a separation between herself and the sinners she has enslaved for centuries. Every time the "Sin System" goes towards the green horse to "kill" its rider, she will become more and more distant from the sinners, which means that "sinning" will become a much more difficult and deliberate action for sinners, because they will have to "travel longer" to access sin. Sin is more automatic when it is close by, but it requires a much more deliberate and premeditated effort when it is far away.
The name of the green horse rider is "Death", and "Sheol" follows behind (Revelation 6:8). Therefore, as the Sin System goes towards the green horse to destroy its rider, she will not only experience separation from sinners; she will also receive injections of Sheol emptiness. This means that the Sin System will be "filled with emptiness", and it means that sinners will begin to perceive her (the Sin System) as "empty" and "pointless". Sinners constantly go towards "sin" because "sin" looks "fulfilling" to them. As we said above, "sin" passes its emptiness down to the sinners, so it does not look empty herself. But, in the latter days, as the green horse appears, the Sin System will become evidently empty. As people approach her, they will immediately perceive her inherent emptiness, and they will be more prone to walk away from her. The Death and Sheol that "sin" has "ministered" to sinners will now be evident in her. Despite all of this, the Sin System will continue "killing" righteous green-horse riders, just like a hooked sinner who returns to his sin even when he knows all the damage that sin is causing him.
In Revelation 6, the green horse is released after the 4th (of 7) seals is opened. The opening of the next seal, the 5th seal, releases the cry for revenge on the part of the "slain" remnant believers:
"9And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: 10And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? 11And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled." (Revelation 6:9-11) [ Notice that God does not reprimand these believers for wanting revenge. Instead He gives them "white robes", which are a sign of purity and perfection (see Mark 16:5, Revelation 7:9, and Revelation 7:13). The "slain" believers mentioned here are not carnal and unGodly believers. They are people who were willing to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the Lord, and they are aware that the Lord is "holy and true" (v10). Therefore, their cry for revenge at the altar before God is not an expression of carnality. On the contrary, it is an expression of God's zeal for righteousness. They know that, as their blood is avenged, unrighteousness will be destroyed and God's Kingdom will flourish on Earth.]
These believers are those who are "slain" by the "Sin System" as she becomes infatuated with "killing" the righteous believers who emerge from their wilderness caves. With each "slaying", the Sin System becomes more distant and empty, and the "slaying" must go on until the judgment of the Sin System is fulfilled. This is why the Lord tells the believers to "rest yet for a little season" until the "slaying" is fulfilled (v11). As the slaying continues, "sin" will appear less and less "fulfilling" to sinners because her inherent death and emptiness will be made more and more evident.
The desire to kill those who come out of their "wilderness caves" is prophesied in the following passage:
"9Much people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for Jesus’ sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead. 10But the chief priests consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death; 11Because that by reason of him many of the Jews went away, and believed on Jesus." (John 12:9-11)
The 5th seal of the Apocalypse speaks of "spiritual dissatisfaction". It speaks of believers who proactively clamor for the fulfillment of all things as they abide in the outside wilderness. They will not be satisfied until the process is complete and the Church is restored. If this sense of "dissatisfaction" were unnecessary, the Lord would not devote an entire seal to express the clamoring of souls before the altar who cry for the fulfillment of all things, which implicitly entails the manifestation of God's judgment on Earth.
In conclusion, the green horse speaks of a spiritual manifestation inside the matriarchal Church of the remnant believers who came out from its structures. As the remnant believers have been leaving these structures, they have been forced to hide in "caves" and to suffer many soul privations as God judges the matriarchal Church through them:
"20Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain." (Isaiah 26:20-21)
As you abide in the wilderness and are subjected to the black horse of famines, you will begin to perceive the inherent death and emptiness in "sin", and you will become a green horse rider through whom God will make that death and emptiness evident to others.
The green horse is a spiritual manifestation of the remnant. It is only after the 5th seal that the remnant will be manifested in a more literal sense. This correlates with Jesus' miracle at the wedding in Cana, where He turned water into wine. There, Jesus put "matriarchal Mary" in her place when He told her not to try to control Him (John 2:3-4), which means that Jesus was operating in the green horse anointing that comes against the soul matriarchy. Shortly before that, the wine had run out (John 2:3), which means that the black horse was at work, since the black horse comes to bring scarcity on non-spiritual wine (i.e.- the barley). Right before the narration of the miracle at Cana, Jesus "calls" Nathanael out from under the fig tree (John 1:43-51), which means that the red horse was at work, since the red horse is the one that calls people out from the safety and communion of human coverings. Before that, Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, who called Him the "Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world" (John 1:29). This points to the white horse, since the Lamb's "wool" is white (Revelation 1:14), and the white horse appears when the "Lamb" opens the first seal (Revelation 6:1). As you may have noticed, the 4 horses of the Apocalypse are subtly prophesied in order (white, red, black, and green) in the first two chapters of John.
After the 4th horse, the green horse, was manifested in the wedding at Cana, Scripture declares the following:
"This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him" (John 2:11)
However, the "ruler of the feast" did not know where the new wine had come from; he did not know that Jesus had turned water into wine (John 2:9). This means that the people at the feast were unaware of the miracle that had taken place. Yet, verse 11 above declares that Jesus had "manifested forth His Glory", but this manifestation was only before His disciples and the servants who had poured the water into the 6 stone water pots.
In the same way, the green horse refers to a "partial" manifestation of the remnant. As we have said before, the South Asia earthquake on December 26, 2004 was a physical manifestation of the green horse on Earth, and the green horse has been galloping ever since. As the green horse has appeared, the remnant has been partially manifested in the spirit realm, and it has been exposed to "slayings" by the Sin System. However, as we have said before, these slayings are leading to death and emptiness infiltrating the Sin System herself. We are living in the days of the 5th seal, and "sin" is slowly being distanced from sinners, and it will become increasingly "empty" and "unfulfilling" with the passing of time. People will have to make a more deliberate effort to "go towards" Sin, and they will become increasingly aware of Sin's emptiness once they get there. This is happening because there is a remnant wiling to serve as spiritual bait to draw in the Sin System. The remnant is exposing itself to attacks, to "slayings", that are paving the way for the total downfall of the Sin System that upholds the soul matriarchy and the pastoral matriarchy. By "slaying" remnant believers, the Sin System is destroying herself, the way that a slave to sin destroys himself by persisting in his sin. All of this is happening even as we speak, but it is not evident to the natural mind, just like Jesus' miracle at the wedding in Cana was visible only to His close disciples.
As we share in our previous word, the Lord began stirring our hearts about the Rapture and His Second Coming on November 7, 2004, which led to our study of the 4 horses of the Apocalypse. Therefore, it is not a coincidence that Sister Sabe had this dream in November 2004. On the 50th day starting from November 7, 2004, the South Asia tsunami took place on December 26, 2004.
Three days before the South Asia earthquake (on the 47th day starting from November 7, 2004), there was a massive 8.1-magnitude earthquake between Australia and Antarctica. It is not a coincidence, therefore, that sister Sabe saw the famous Sydney harbor bridge in Australia. As we said above, the name "Australia" speaks of God's latter-rain Glory coming through vessels of weakness who vehemently cry out to God for true restoration.
In conclusion, sister Sabe's dream is a prophetic figure of how the 4 horses of the Apocalypse have come upon the Church. They have come through true prophetic intercessors who have seen God's vision of the "two witnesses" and who have drawn the two-witness anointing into the Church. As this has happened, the 4 horses have appeared. The white horse has appeared in the form of "wild asses" who have come to conquer the Church and the world unto God (this horse "permeates" the operation of the other 3 horses). Out of the white horse, the red horse has appeared to apply a water baptism that is cleansing the willing believers from the doctrinal impurities of the Church. As the red horse appears, the black horse has appeared to apply a red-fire baptism that is burning away all the misuse of grace within the Church. As the red- and black-horse anointings have intensified, the green horse has appeared, which has led to the Sin System's self-destructive process. As all of this happens, the Church will become acquainted with the fearsome God of Israel, the One True God that the Church still does not know.
