Prophetic word for today Combs of judgment First posted: March 19, 2005 E-mailed: January 22, 2005 Word received by: (Anonymous)
{The date of the dream is June 1997}
My husband (who is not a Christian as yet) and I were traveling to a small town. When we arrived, we went to a department store. My husband needed to exchange a very small item - a comb! The store was in the middle of a stock-take, but still very obliging. A Chinese man made the exchange. He imported the combs.
We left the store and walked up the road looking for a particular business. Side by side were two church buildings. One, though, was not a church of Christ but something like a communist centre. We entered the church that was a church. It was Anglican, but more like a craft shop, with big woven blankets hanging from the walls. Inside a little room just off the main area was a young girl sitting in a ragged dress with a thin, ragged, loosely-knitted cape around her. She had no other warmth. The lady custodian was plump and well-dressed.
While we were inside, a storm began very suddenly and violently. We stayed put. The storm went on and on, and it grew dark. The water level rose very rapidly, and, sometime later, the church came free from its foundations due to the flood and started to move rapidly up the street towards the ocean. By now all was chaotic. It was a dim and raging time. I knew we had somehow to get out of the church building or we would be lost. We drifted close by to a bank (a small hill, not a money bank). All were afraid, but I said, "Put your trust in God; He will save us". We leapt out of the building and onto the bank.
The mother of the girl (mentioned earlier) did not seem at all happy to see us but her father reached down and helped us up the bank. He seemed to be very interested in me, but not in a right way.
The comb speaks of "arranging hair", and "hair" can represent the covering of shame in Scripture, and it can also be taken to represent the thoughts that emanate from our mind. Therefore, the comb speaks of two things:
The word "comb" in the English language can also be taken to mean "to do a detailed search". As we have said before, teachers are endowed with God's Spirit of Perfection, which turns them into people who are very concerned with small details. Because of the Spirit of Perfection in them, teachers like to elaborate methods that maximize the use of resources and minimize waste, and they use these methods to organize new information and make it easier for others to digest. As we have said before, apostles discover "new wisdom", while teachers organize that wisdom and make it easier for others to learn. The teachers' attention to detail and their gift to organize words or thoughts mean that the comb in the dream refers to the teaching ministry.
The fact that the dreamer's husband wanted to exchange his comb is a figure of how God will change the teaching of His Word in these latter days. God will expose believers who are searching for the truth to a new teaching content that is imbued with His prophetic anointing. God will raise up prophetic teachers in these latter days. The Lord will perfect the teaching ministry, and He will manifest this ministry in the way He intended for it from the beginning.
Through these latter-day prophetic teachers, God will teach His people about their spiritual potential and authority, thereby removing the sense of spiritual shame that "full-time ministers" have instilled in "regular believers", who have been indoctrinated into thinking that their role in the "spiritual realm" is nothing more than "not sinning too much" and providing finances for the "real" ministers of God. Cursed be those who belittle God's people and who have worked to deprive them of their true spiritual authority and calling.
The Chinese man in the department store has spiritual meaning. The Chinese culture reveres the "dragon", which is nothing more than a glorified reptile. Reptiles are animals that drag themselves along the ground or earth, which points to the Girgashite spirit of earthliness. As we have said before, Girgashites are generally sleep-deprived workaholics, which explains why the Chinese people are generally so hard-working. China is a country with a strong teacher calling, but, as we have said before, teachers who stray from God's purposes become Girgashites, which explains why China (and the Far East in general) is riddled with Girgashite spirits.
China is also a country riddled with small villages. Despite modern advances, mainland China continues to be a mostly rural country where people grow up in a "small town" atmosphere. Under the oppression of a ruthless Communist dictatorship, most Chinese's vision of life is limited; there is only so much their government will allow them to do. All of this shows that China is a country influenced by Perizzite spirits, which, as we have seen before, lead to spiritual (and literal) poverty where people have a perpetually "small" vision of themselves. A large presence of Perizzite spirits leads to the spiritual abortion of hopes and dreams, and, as we said before, it also leads to the manifestation of large-scale literal abortions. This explains why the Chinese dictators (cursed be they) literally force women to have abortions after they exceed their "child quota". To this day, I am amazed at how Canaanite protestors in Latin America and Europe express their outrage against the liberation of Iraq from oppression, but they don't seem to mind what the Chinese leaders are doing to their own people.
As we briefly shared before, the Perizzite spirit is the spiritual "counterpart" of the Spirit of Philadelphia --- God's Spirit of Dreams & Visions --- which endows people with a vision of great things while still being small. The large presence of Perizzite spirits in China, therefore, means that there is a great number of people there with an undeveloped Spirit-of-Philadelphia potential.
Therefore, the Chinese man in a small town represents two Spirits of God:
The Chinese man, therefore, represents the latter-day prophetic-teacher anointing that will come with the Spirit of Dreams & Visions. The latter-day teachers will come against the Perizzite spirit that has trapped believers under a mentality that they are "spiritually small and irrelevant". The reason why the Chinese man was very obliging is because he recognized the inherent value of the husband's comb. Instead of seeing the comb exchange as an "irrelevant issue", he took time from the important thing he was doing in order to serve the husband and wife who had entered the department store. A believer under God's true anointing will always recognize the inherent value of all believers and of all things. As we have said before, the Lord commands us in Matthew 5:17-19 to value every single one of God's logos words. As you may recall, the Lord Jesus is called the Word of God (the Logos of God in the Greek) who became flesh (John 1:1-14). When we are born again, we become brothers and sisters of Jesus, meaning that we also become logos of God in the flesh. Each one of us is God's word manifested on Earth, and those who demean one of God's "little" believers are belittling God's Word.
The fact that the department store was doing a stock-take also has spiritual significance. A "stock" or "inventory" speaks of valuable things being "stored up", which in turn speaks of a "treasure":
"Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old." ( Matthew 13:52)
Scribes were people who studied the Law and became "teachers of the Law". The word "instructed" in the verse above was translated from the Greek word mathetes, which literally means "disciple", and it refers to a student who is learning under a teacher. Therefore, the Lord is declaring that those who come under a teacher-anointing become like persons with a spiritual treasure out of which they take out new things and old things according to the flow of the Spirit. This implies that those with a true teacher anointing have an implicit awareness of what they have in their "treasure bag". Why? Because they value everything in that bag. For example, if you don't value a tool and simply dump it somewhere in your garage, you will not remember that tool when a situation arises where the tool becomes useful. A teacher is implicitly aware of his spiritual stock of logos word because he or she values every word in that stock.
The fact that the Chinese man imported the combs means that the latter-day prophetic teachers will draw their learning from above. They will not allow their understanding to be limited by the spiritual "small towns" they live in. They will draw understanding from above.
As the husband and wife walked up the street, they found two buildings, side by side. In a sense, God was testing their discernment by placing the two buildings together and asking them to choose which one they would take. According to the dreamer, one of the two buildings was "not a Church of Christ" but rather a "communist center". When I read this dream for the first time, the Spirit immediately brought the following passage to my mind:
"42And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. 44And all that believed were together, and had all things common; 45And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. 46And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." (Acts 2:42-47)
Doesn't the passage above sound like "communism"? Verse 44 declares that all that believed "had all things in common", which is one of the basic tenets of communism. Verse 45 then declares that every man received a portion of the wealth available according to his need, which is another basic tenet of communism. As we share in a previous word, the passage above speaks of how the Primitive Church believers lived in a spirit of selfless sacrifice one for the other. Spiritually speaking, they were living under "prophetic communism" (the spiritual connection between the prophetic anointing and spiritual communism explains why many people born with a prophetic calling eventually became communist guerilla fighters when they strayed from God's will, as was the case with Che Guevara, for example).
Under "prophetic communism", all believers are seen as equals, and the barrier of separation between the so-called "ministers" and the so-called "laymen" is broken. To live under "prophetic communism" means to truly live out the New Covenant. Those who persist in believing that the Body is divided into two spiritual castes: the superior "full-time ministers" and the inferior "laymen sheep" are living under the segregation of the Old Covenant, which God has already declared null and void (Hebrews 7:11-28, Hebrews 8:7, Hebrews 9:15-28). Under the Old Covenant, only physical descendants of Levi could be priests. Under the New Covenant, we are all Melchisedec priests (Revelation 1:6), and cursed be anyone who dares to rebuild a wall that God has already torn down:
"14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 19Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit." (Ephesians 2:14-22)
The religious, segregationist congregation The reason why the husband and wife did not choose the communist center is because it did not look like a church on the outside. It did not have external manifestations of religiosity and ritualism. On the other hand, the other building, the Anglican church, looked "solemn and religious".
The Anglican church in the dream represents a Church that emphasizes external manifestations of religiosity and rituals and that emphasizes the Old Covenant separation between "priests" and "regular folks". The poorly-dressed young lady that was inside "the little room just off the main area" represents the "regular folks", while the "plump and well-dressed lady custodian" represents the "ministers".
The fact that both the young lady and the custodian are women has spiritual significance. As we have said before, the pastoral and teaching ministries are spiritually "female" ministries, while the apostolic, prophetic, and evangelistic ministries are spiritually "male". As we have also said before, the pastoral ministry is strongly related in Scripture with the spiritual task of "overseeing" or "supervising". Therefore, the "lady custodian" represents the "pastoral ministry" in the Church. Her predominance in the dream is a figure of the pastoral matriarchy that has ruled the Church for centuries.
The "little room" that the young lady was in speaks of how ministers have enclosed "non-ministers" within a limited spiritual space where they have little hopes or aspirations of being used by God in the spirit realm. Churches around the world are riddled with Perizzite believers who think that only those who have some sort of "official ordainment" can be used by God in a mighty way. This is reinforced in the dream by the young lady's poor attire and the lady custodian's rich attire. Mantles and robes in Scripture are a figure of authority. Therefore, the two ladies' attires are a figure of how the pastoral matriarchy in the Church has instilled in believers the false notion that only "ordained pastors" can claim to have spiritual authority.
As we have said before, "man", when contrasted with "woman" in Scripture, is a figure of the spirit, while "woman" is a figure of the soul. Therefore, the fact that both people in the church were women speaks of a Church populated by souls that do not manifest God's true Spirit nature (Colossians 3:10, Ephesians 4:24). "Eminent pastors" pretend to act like "powerful spiritual beings", but they are manifesting nothing more than "soul nature" in God's eyes. While they claim to be "spiritually superior", pastors belittle and put to shame the souls of those who were not born with the "privilege" of being "ministers" like they were. Without realizing that we are all priests (Revelation 1:6, Isaiah 61:6), the pastoral matriarchy has allowed the infiltration of Jebusite spirits that put to shame any "regular believer" who dares to manifest the Spirit nature that God has placed within him or her. The ragged dress on the young lady is a figure of the "shameful ranking" that pastors have "bestowed" upon believers who are not "full-time ministers".
As we have said before, the pastoral matriarchy represents the rule of Canaanite pastors and Girgashite teachers in the Church. Because of the Girgashites' focus on methodologies and tradition, Girgashite teachers indoctrinate believers into a reverent respect for "religious hierarchies" and the "religious chain of command". Layers upon layers of religious "leaders" are placed between God and the "average believer", thereby restricting the believer's direct access to God. The Anglican Church is a strongly hierarchical church, which explains why the religious church in the dream was Anglican.
Girgashites turn believers into mechanical followers of religious methodologies and procedures. They preach that things have to be done "by the book", and the "book" they are referring to is the church manual, not the Word of God.
The pastoral matriarchy promotes a system where pastors feed off of the spiritual authority they steal from their brethren. The pastors get fat off of the brethren they were called to serve. This is why the lady custodian was plump:
"1And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? 3Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. 4The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them. 5And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered. 6My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them." (Ezekiel 34:1-6) [ As we have said before, the words for "shepherd" and "pastor" are the same in the Hebrew language]
We can therefore see how both the distorted pastoral and teaching ministries are represented in the dream. The pastoral ministry is represented in the lady custodian's plumpness, and the teaching ministry is represented in the church's exterior religiosity.
Behind every plump, "Fatman" pastor there is a host of leader-pleasing "Robins". These Girgashite and Jebusite Robins serve as the foundational support for the Fatmen's crooked, little Amorite kingdoms. craft shop There is a spiritual reason why the Anglican church looked like a "craft shop". In Luke 11, the Lord declares the following:
"24When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. 25And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. 26Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first." (Luke 1 1:24-26)
As we have said before, the reason why the unclean spirit can say "my house" is because the "house" in question lacks a "male" (i.e.- Spirit) presence and is completely ruled by the "female" (i.e.- soul) ministries only. When pastors and teachers kick the apostolic, prophetic, and evangelistic anointings out of the congregation, they remove the Spirit-empowering ministries, which creates an "authority vacuum" that allows unclean spirits to rule the congregation's atmosphere.
As we have said before, the "sweeping" and "garnishing" that verse 25 refers to are portrayed as "female" activities in Scripture (I am speaking in the Spirit here). In Luke 15:8-10, the Lord associates "sweeping" with a woman who is trying to find a lost coin, which is a prophetic figure of the searching out of hidden talents in others. A close study of Isaiah 3:17-24 and Jeremiah chapters 46 through 51 reveals, among other things, that the teaching ministry is the ministry most directly related to the gifts of the Spirit. It is not surprising, therefore, that Paul mentions "teachers" right after "apostles" and "prophets" in 1 Corinthians 12:27, shortly after having spoken about the gifts of the Spirit earlier in that chapter. Teachers are gifted with the ability to nurture the gifts in fellow believers and to make sure that those gifts are not squandered away. Both the "broom" and the "comb" are physically similar -- both have "teeth" that sweep through an area, and, as we have seen before, "teeth" are associated with the teaching ministry in Scripture. As we saw above, the "comb" is associated with the teaching ministry, so it is not surprising that sweeping with a "broom" is also associated with teachers.
Since the Lord is prophetically speaking about a house ruled by "women" in Luke 11:24-26, we can infer that both the pastoral and the teaching ministries are being referred to in that passage. If "sweeping" is associated to "teachers", we can conclude that "garnishing" is associated to "pastors". A close study of Isaiah 3:17-24 and Jeremiah 31:28 confirms this (God willing, we will study these passages, along with Jeremiah chapters 46 through 50 in future articles). The pastoral ministry is the "cosmetic" ministry. It is the ministry that "beautifies", "adorns", and "garnishes" the soul of believers. Pastors may not be called to found "spiritual cities", but they are called to "build" on top of them. Spiritually speaking, pastors are called to build "plazas", "monuments", "artistic displays", "recreational parks", and other public works that add an element of beauty and "refreshing" to a spiritual city. This is why most city mayors in the natural realm have a strong pastoral anointing on their lives. Pastors are the Church's spiritual mayors.
Craftsmanship speaks of "art work" that adds beauty and a sense of "freshness" to a place. Therefore, the fact that the Anglican church looked like a "craft shop" points to a church dominated by the pastoral ministry.
The big woven blankets that were hanging from the walls point to the following passage:
"Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter" (Ezekiel 13:10)
The phrase "untempered morter" that appears in the passage above was translated from the Hebrew word taphel, which can literally be translated as "whitewash". Therefore, this passage is speaking of how ministers work to "cover up" sin instead of "covering" it. Those who "cover up" sin pretend like it never happened by simply hiding it under the rug. Those who "cover" sin recognize its presence and are willing to pay a redeeming price in order to remove that sin, just as the Lord Jesus did for us. Sin coverers, however, know that the covering of sin cannot be completed unless the sinner repents. The Lord Jesus paid for the sins of all mankind at Golgotha, but a person's sins remain uncovered unless he or she is willing to accept God's judgments against him or her. The acceptance of God's judgments leads to the sinner's repentance, which in turn leads to his or her sins being forgiven. Despite popular evangelical belief, the Scriptures are clear in saying that no one can be forgiven in righteousness unless the person repents. To forgive an unrepentant person is a sin in and of itself. Unrepentant sinners must be confronted through spiritual judgments; repentant sinners must be forgiven:
"17Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. 18And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. 19Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins." (James 5:17-19)
Instead of pretending like everything was "hunky dory" in Israel, Elijah prayed for judgment (v17), which led to 3 years and 6 months of drought. When the people repented, he prayed again (v18), but this time he prayed for rain, which speaks of restoration after repentance. The word "hide" in verse 20 was mistranslated from the Greek word kalypto, which is better translated as "cover" (the word for "hide" in Greek is krypto). Therefore, the passage above declares that we "cover" the sin of others by praying for judgment that leads to repentance, which then opens the path for forgiveness and restoration:
"9Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. 10For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. 11For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter." (2 Corinthians 7:9-11) [ Notice that Paul is praising the Corinthians for their "revenge" (v11). The word "revenge" was properly translated from the Greek word ekdikesis and cannot be explained away as a mistranslation. The "revenge" Paul is referring to is "the application of judgments". Paul uses this same word in Romans 12:17 when saying that "vengeance" is of the Lord. When we are applying judgments in the Spirit (not the soul), we are agents of God's judgments on Earth (Romans 13:4), and it is God taking "revenge" through us. The word ekdikesis can be literally translated as the "meeting out" (ek) of "justice" (dike) and refers to the application of judgments to deal with a wrong.]
As Elijah prayed for judgment on Israel, he had to pay a price himself. He was living in Israel at the time, meaning that the drought also affected him. His willingness to obey God in pronouncing judgments against Israel also meant that he had to live a solitary life, and his life was constantly threatened by the kings of Israel who abhorred him for pronouncing judgments against their kingdoms. When we "cover" the sin of others, we must be willing to pay a redeeming price. Those who "cover up" sin simply hang a big woven blanket over the wall and pretend like the holes in the wall are not there.
The fact that the blankets were "woven" points to the following passage:
"5They hatch cockatrice’ eggs, and weave the spider’s web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper. 6Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands. 7Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. 8The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. 9Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness. 10We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men." (Isaiah 59:5-10)
Churches around the world are filled with "spider webs" woven by pastors who adapt the Gospel to the lusts and desires of the carnal believers. They have taken the word "judgment" out of the Gospel and pretended as if all judgments ended at Golgotha. They have replaced God's consuming-fire love with an emotionally-based "love" where all "suffering" is from the devil and where "forgiveness" and "mercy" is practiced without a righteousness foundation. These pastors do not understand why Jesus died at Golgotha: He died there in order to pay the price so that the door unto eternal life might become available to us. Yeshua is "the Way, the Truth, and the Life". We are placed on the "Way" to eternal life when we are born again, but we must still walk through the path of "Truth" and expose ourselves to God's flaming sword of judgments (Genesis 3:23-24) in order to reach eternal "Life", which is Oneness with God for eternity.
The believers who stay in the "Way" and reject the painful path of "Truth" are like the Israelites who came out of Egypt but who died in the path of the desert because they resented God's desert of judgments (Deuteronomy 8:1-3); such believers will not go to hell, but they will not have eternal life either. Those who accept God's desert of Truth and are willing to walk through it are like the Israelites who came out of Egypt and conquered the Promised Land. Our Promised Land is "eternal life", and, if we have a simple but sincere disposition to pay the price, God will give us the "desire" and the "energy" in Him (Philippians 2:13) to make it to the other side, for it's not by might nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord that the battle is won (Zechariah 4:6, Romans 9:14-16). When God sees a heart predisposed towards righteousness (Ecclesiastes 10:2), His grace comes over us, enabling us to walk in the righteousness that our heart longs for, and our prize is to have Him forever (Song of Solomon 6:3) --- He will be our inheritance in Heaven (Numbers 18:20) and the nations of the Earth will be our inheritance on Earth.
There are two types of "woven blankets", one for each of the female ministries:
The reference to the "spiders" in Isaiah 59:5 quoted above also points to the Canaanite spirit of "adulterous possession". Just like a spider that devours an insect that is trapped in her web, so do Canaanite pastors seek to devour their brethren. Most pastors unfortunately become obsessive possessors of their brethren, and they do everything in their power to prevent them from escaping from their clutches. They poison a believer with guilt every time he or she feels a calling from God to attend a different congregation. They take out the "submit to your covering" stick every time a sheep realizes that his or her spiritual growth is being stunted by the rigid spiritual structures around him or her. Since Canaanite pastors are not concerned with the true spiritual growth of the sheep, they never become aware of how their spiritual structures are stunting the sheep's growth. Therefore, instead of repenting and changing their unGodly structures, they prefer to riddle the sheep with "rebellion guilt" before ever admitting that they were wrong. Oh, how the proud shall fall, for God's judgment is upon you!!! My eyes shall see the day of your fall, oh cursed pastors, for His purposes shall be fulfilled, and His Glory shall be manifested, no matter who stands in His way!!!
The sudden, violent, dark storm in the dream points to the passage in Ezekiel 13 that follows verse 10 (quoted above):
"10Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter: 11Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it. 12Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it? 13Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it. 14So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. 15Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it; 16To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD." (Ezekiel 13:10-16)
The Lord is sending sudden spiritual storms that are testing (and will continue to test) the foundation of churches around the world. These storms will come when the Fatman pastors and their leader-pleasing "Robins" least expect them, and they will be violent in nature, because they will be manifestations of God's wrath against the men and women who for centuries have hindered the manifestation of the God-potential in His people. These storms will come with darkness because they will come to judge a Church that is trapped in the Dark, Middleman Ages, and they will judge the effort by a "soulish" Church to cover up the Spirit and prevent Him from being fully manifested; the carnal soul knows that, when the Spirit is manifested, her domination automatically ends, so she struggles to maintain the Spirit under covers (in the darkness of anonymity) in order to maintain her control.
According to Matthew 7:24-27, the only foundation that stands God's testing storms is the foundation of righteousness, which, according to Matthew 7:21-27, is placed by "putting into practice" judgment logos, not dynamis power. This is why the church in the dream came free from its foundation. It did not have a foundation of righteousness.
Judgment came against the church in the dream after the dreamer and her husband entered the church with the comb from the Chinese man. This means that God's judgment against "Fatman churches" in these latter days will come through the manifestation of prophetic teaching that imparts the Spirit of Philadelphia.
Many believers have placed their faith on their "church affiliation". This is why the people in the dream were afraid to jump off the church building, even when staying in it meant certain death. The sister in the dream, however, understood that our relationship with God has no earthly mediators. This is why she said, "Put your trust in God", as if to say, "Do not trust in man and his human structures; trust in the God who cannot be seen with the natural eye".
We do not need a church affiliation to be connected with God. As we have said before, when God places us in the context of a church, He does not do so in order to "connect" us to Him; instead, He does it so that we may bless and edify our brethren through the connection we already have with Him. Sometimes, God uses our gatherings to "reconnect" certain believers who have been living disconnected from Him, but that will only happen if the brethren around those believers go to church to give, not to "receive". Once those believers are "reconnected", they should continue flowing in that "connection" in their everyday lives. If a believer needs to go to church every Sunday to "stay connected" with God, it is a clear sign that the believer is lacking a true, abiding fellowship with God.
If you long for God more than you long for man's acceptance and recognition, you will heed God's call to come out:
"16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." (2 Corinthians 6:16-18)
Notice that verse 16 says that we are the temple, not the church building. Verse 16 says that God wants to dwell in us and walk in us; it doesn't say that God wants to dwell in the church building and walk in the church building. Verse 16 also makes a reference to "idols", which, as you may know, refers to more than idle, pagan statues. Many (if not most) believers around the world idolize their "ministers" and their "traditions", and they are afraid to come out of the safe comfort zone of their religious traditions. They are afraid to be "spiritual bastards", i.e.- believers with no "spiritual last name". Instead of realizing that their "last name" is to be derived from God the Father (v18), they perceive their "last name" to be the name of their congregation and the name of their "pastor". Whenever the "Christian police" comes along to ask them, "What church do you belong to?", these believers feel helpless unless they have a church "membership card" they can proudly present. Where are the Elijahs who could live in the desert and who knew who they were in God without the need of a "synagogue card"? Where are the John the Baptists who boldly defied the religious leaders of his day without feeling the need to present a "seminary school diploma"? Where are the lonely prophets of old, like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel, and Ezekiel who were constantly rejected by the religious structures of their day but who knew that their communion with God was real, no matter what everyone else thought? Where are the Abrahams who were willing to live as lonely, wandering pilgrims without the need for a congregation to "certify" their faith in God? Oh, how it grieves God's heart to see His people cowering under the covering of religious structures which He has already cursed unto destruction!!! How it burdens God's heart to see His people seeking after the names of earthly fathers without realizing that He and He alone is the Father of all Spirits!!! Cursed be those who have blinded God's people, and cursed be those who want to prevent God's people from seeing the light!!!
There is a prophetic reason why the church building was heading up the street and on to the ocean. As we have shared before, Luke 17:2 declares that those who have established religious structures that serve as stumbling blocks to God's people will have a mill stone tied around their necks and cast into the sea. Why? Because God's punishments always fit the crime. Valuing tradition and bureaucratic regulation over the spiritual potential of others is equivalent to feeding that potential to the Hittite abyss of emptiness and prophetic purposelessness (the "ocean" is a large abyss covered with water). Just as the Church leaders have cast the believers' potential into the ocean, so will God do with them, for our God is a Righteous and Jealous God.
As we have said before, God always sends sudden floods to drown the earthly Girgashites. Why? Because the Girgashites refuse to allow the free emotional flow of the prophetic spirit, trapping it under mental structures devoid of purpose. Girgashites deny the free flow of prophetic dreams and visions. Girgashites hate the Spirit of Philadelphia, and they don't mind casting the believers' dreams into the ocean of stolen dreams. That is why God will gladly return them the favor, because those dreams were not theirs to cast away.
The dream ends with the sister and the others escaping the flood and reaching the bank. However, the mother of the girl did not appear to be happy to see them, while the girl's father showed an unholy interest in the sister. Why? Because, as we have shared in two previous words, the Church had, up until a few decades ago, been dominated mostly by a legalistic, Jebusite-Girgashite spirit. All of the things we have mentioned above were happening, but under a mantle of legalistic self-righteousness. This is why the church in the dream was an Anglican church, which speaks of a rigid church bound by legalistic traditions and limitations.
As the prophetic movement began to take hold of the Church, people became aware of their spiritual grace, which led to the dethroning and the casting out of the legalistic spirit from the Church. As this happened, however, the prophetic movement went "Canaanite", and it began to focus more on blessings than on righteousness. The wolves that had been kicked out of the Church were able to return, but they shed their unpopular "legalistic" mantle, replacing it with a "grace and blessings" mantle that makes them popular among the masses.
While the plump custodian represents the Canaanite pastoral ministry, the mother of the girl represents the Girgashite teaching ministry which willingly handed "regular believers" over to the ruthless care of the pastoral ministry, teaching them that they had no right to expect any manifestation of spiritual authority or to expect that God had great plans for their lives. The sister who had the dream represents the prophetic spirit, which was the vessel that God used to dethrone the spirit of legalism in the Church. This is why the mother of the girl was not too happy to see them as they reached the bank.
The father of the girl, however, represents the Amorite spirit inside the Church. As we have said before, Amorites are opportunistic fornicators who see people as means to their self-centered ends (the Amorite spirit is very common in the political realm and in sales departments). Believers have for centuries allowed the Amorite spirit (not King Jesus) to rule over the Church, and the Amorite spirit has been able to do so through the pastoral matriarchy. While the pastoral matriarchy rules and operates at the soul level, the Amorite spirit rules and operates at the spirit level, and its control is subtle, yet it's oppressive and real. This is why the father of the girl does not appear until the end of the dream.
The bank or "small hill" where everyone landed represents the "ground-swell" of support that maintains the domination of Amorite kings over a people or territory. After the prophetic spirit dethroned legalism inside the Church, the Amorite spirits lost their ability to control others through legalistic commands, which forced them to "morph" into promoters of grace and blessings. This gave them a "hill" of support inside the Church which allowed them to reenter the Church to rule it. They then saw the prophetic movement as an opportunity, rather than a threat. By misusing prophetic grace and channeling it towards "blessings" and "prosperity" rather than towards God and His Righteousness, they were able to solidify their dominion inside the Church. Prophetic "spiritual warfare" was turned into a war against the problems and inconveniences caused by unrighteousness, not against unrighteousness itself. Most believers' motivation to engage in spiritual warfare is not a selfless indignation against the unrighteousness that dares to defy God (inside and outside the Church) but rather a sense of annoyance at the external inconveniences that unrighteousness causes them.
As the prophetic movement has degraded, the prophetic grace which God had intended to act as a liberator has been turned by the Amorites into a tool to ensnare those whose hearts are not after God's righteousness. This story has been playing out in churches all across the globe, and has led to the increased suffering of the faithful prophetic remnant across the world. God has allowed all of this to happen in order to test who truly is for Him. Those who believed in the prophetic but who forgot about righteousness have become part of the "blessings orgy" the Church is in right now. Those who believe in the prophetic in the context of God's righteousness have been ostracized and condemned, and are suffering great spiritual tribulation at this time. Like the Chinese man in the dream, this faithful prophetic remnant has a strong teacher anointing and has a strong infusion of the Spirit of Dreams & Visions --- the Spirit of Philadelphia --- and, as was prophesied to the Church of Philadelphia, they shall prevail in these latter days:
"7And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."
