A Daniel proclamation

I too was perplexed at the below word when I received it. So today, when I read it again on your posting, I asked the Lord for more clarity. He had me look up the word "proclamation" in the Bible search engine biblegateway.com. When I did, the below fell together, with Daniel [5:29] being an example of the word given. See where it takes you.

Word of the Lord: Humanity, the ones who study and live with Me daily, seeking Me for their very existence, I will cause a Holy Agitation to come upon you in the coming weeks [also a Daniel reference?], a holy agitation following a proclamation, without hesitation to distract the constellations!

Daniel: one who studied and lived with Him daily, seeking Him for his very existence.

Belshazzar: While drinking and partying, commanded the silver vessels taken from the Tabernacle in Jerusalem by his father Nebuchadnezzar, to be brought out so all in attendance could drink from them. They drank from them, praising the gods of gold, brass, iron, wood and stone. A Holy Agitation took place! Fingers wrote on the wall. The king became faint and no strength left in him.

Astrologers: Studiers of the constellations were called in to interpret the writing.

A Proclamation was made by the queen:

"10 Now the queen by reason of the words of the king and his lords came into the banquet house: and the queen spake and said, O king, live for ever: let not thy thoughts trouble thee, nor let thy countenance be changed: 11There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers; 12Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation." (Daniel 5:10-12)

Daniel, when brought in before the king, said this:

"22And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not humbled thine heart, though thou knewest all this (what had happened to his father Nebuchadnezzar, humbled as an animal); 23But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN." (Daniel 5:22-23)

"29Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom. 30In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain. 31And Darius the Median took the kingdom, being about threescore and two years old." (Daniel 5:29-31)

According to the "Rats!" article on Shamah Elim:

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, a third prophetic movement began. Unlike the second movement, this prophetic intercession movement was not trying to work within the Girgashite structures but, instead, was willing to go all out against them. Unfortunately, this movement became so focused on "emotional experiences" and "emotional encounters with God" that it became blessings-oriented rather than righteousness-oriented. As we share in two previous words, this led to the prophetic movement going "Canaanite". Even though it was able to overcome the Girgashite influence inside the Church, it was unwilling to overcome the Canaanite influence, which led to the "wolves coming back to town". Since Canaanites are anti-judgment, the prophetic movement was unable to judge the wolves inside the Church unto destruction, and they were able to return with a vengeance.

I asked the Lord, "If the third movement failed, how can it be resurrected?" Then Daniel's response, before he interpreted the message, struck me!

"Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation." (Daniel 5:17)

How does a seed live again? It dies, falls to the ground, and sprouts. Questions: The remnant's death brings the resurrection of the 3rd Prophetic Movement, as when Yeshua was in the tomb three days? But this time, not blessings-oriented but righteousness-oriented?

Also remember, in the "Rats!" article, the following was said:

This failed movement corresponds with the third U.S. incident of space-related casualties. In February 2003, the space shuttle Columbia disintegrated upon reentry into the earth's atmosphere. A close study of the 7 passengers inside Columbia reveals that the Columbia trip represented a prophetic movement that is submissive to pastoral authority. This is why Columbia was destroyed and why the third prophetic movement eventually failed, despite all of its early successes.

In the article "Terminal 2008" Shamah Elim wrote:

Plant 42

As we mentioned above, a massive hangar at the LA/Palmdale Regional Airport was used to build an airport-like set for the "Terminal" film. This airport is also known as the "United States Air Force Plant 42". As indicated on globalsecurity.org, Plant 42 is where all the individual parts, pieces, and systems of the Space Shuttle were assembled and tested, which correlates with the space-shuttle-like aircraft that was able to land after a difficult approach in the dream mentioned above. Thus, Palmdale and Plant 42 are spiritually related to the safe landing of the remnant's visitation on American soil.

Could it be that we have now moved into the correct Isaiah 42, and, this time, there will be a safe landing?

{Our brief comments}

As I considered this word, the Lord suddenly brought the lyrics of this song to my heart:

{Lyrics adapted from lirama.net}

Daniel is travelling tonight on a plane
I can see the red tail lights heading for Spain
Oh, and I can see Daniel waving goodbye
God, it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes

They say Spain is pretty, though I've never been
Daniel says it's the best place that he's ever seen
Oh, and he should know, he's been there enough
Lord, I miss Daniel, oh I miss him so much

Daniel, my brother, you are older than me
Do you still feel the pain of the scars that won't heal
Your eyes have died, but you see more than I
Daniel, you're a star in the face of the sky

Daniel, my brother, you are older than me
Do you still feel the pain of the scars that won't heal
Your eyes have died, but you see more than I
Daniel, you're a star in the face of the sky

Daniel is travelling tonight on a plane
I can see the red tail lights heading for Spain
Oh, and I can see Daniel waving goodbye
God, it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes
Oh God, it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes

This song, entitled "Daniel", was written by British singer Elton John. Therefore, it can be interpreted as depicting someone's flight from the UK to Spain. As we have said before, the remnant spirit has been hidden away in Britannia's spiritual realm, but it seems as if the time has come for the remnant to travel on a south-west diagonal "from Britannia to Spain".

In the spirit realm, the name "Daniel" represents the faithful remnant who operate in the wisdom of God's judgements and to whom the deep mysteries are revealed (Daniel 2:21-23). The Lord declares that these "Daniel mysteries" shall be revealed in the latter days, and the mystery-bearing remnant shall shine forth in righteousness:

"3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. 4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." (Daniel 12:3-4)

As the Daniel mysteries are being revealed, powerful waves are being released into the spirit realm, forging the total transformation of the Earth that God had planned even from the beginning of humanity.

Daniel, however, is being called to "travel to Spain", and Daniel's brother, who sits at the epicentre of America's latter-day revival, must see him go because he is still unprepared to fully welcome him. Daniel's brother is being forced to truly miss his presence and to long for him, for revival will not flow out of America's epicentre until she proactively cries out for Daniel. Though she may claim that she is already crying out for revival, she has yet to cry out for God's vision of revival, for she has seen (and has even run into) those who embody His vision, but she has ignored them. God will not unleash His vision upon a people who ignore the weak vessels that embody that vision. Receiving the fullness of His vision requires visualising the God-potential in man, and those who long for God but who cannot see Him embodied in man ("Immanuel") will not enter into the Promise of the Lord. The Church constantly cries out for God, but they shove aside the inconspicuous packages He comes in. They want a bombastic manifestation of God from above, without realising that His glorious manifestation must flow out from within man.

"11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: 12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. 13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah? 14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. 15 And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria: 16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room. 17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay. 18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him." (1 Kings 19:11-18)

When most believers cry out for revival, they are really crying out for the manifestations of the revival, not for the revival itself. They want the wind, they want the earthquake, they want the fire, but they don't want His vision. God's purpose for revival is to have man manifest the God nature that He intended for him from the beginning. God's revival is not a show for man; instead, it is a showing forth of man. Elijah lost sight of this. This is the reason why he simply wanted to be "raptured" out of his sorrows and remained unaware of the people he was supposed to anoint and enable. He forgot that the purpose behind the works that God had done through him was to enable the manifestation of a faithful remnant. Elijah had made fire come down from above, yet that was not enough to end the reign of matriarchal Jezebel (1 Kings 18:1-19:3). The end of Jezebel required the manifestation of God from within the faithful remnant in Israel.

Elijah was supposed to anoint Hazael (v15), the self-described "servant dog" who rose to be king of Syria and through whom God executed mighty judgements on the unrighteous kingdom of Israel (2 Kings 10:32, 13:3,22). He was supposed to anoint Jehu (v16), the man who eventually killed Jezebel (2 Kings 9:30-33). He was also supposed to anoint Elisha as a prophet in his stead (v16). Yet, out of these 3, he only anointed Elisha, and he did so reluctantly (2 Kings 2:2, 4, 6). It was Elisha who eventually anointed Hazael (2 Kings 8:7-15), and it was a young man sent by Elisha who eventually anointed Jehu (2 Kings 9:1-10). Hazael brought the constant hurricane winds that beat against Israel for years, Jehu brought the sudden earthquake that tore down the house of Ahab in Israel, and Elisha brought the chariots of fire to Israel (2 Kings 6:8-23). Yet, their wind, earthquake, and fire were the manifestations of a whispered, small voice ... the voice of God Himself that issued forth from the mouths of these weak and vulnerable men.

God has decreed that man will see Him coming in the clouds (Matthew 24:30), but the Church has yet to discern the frail clusters of vapour He is coming in. God is therefore waiting for America to longingly say, "God, it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes". That is the only way for His Kingdom to be fully manifested in America (and the world).
