Train of thought
Thoughts on the flesh

Below, we are sharing a series of messages shared between 3 believers regarding the flesh, in response to the audio words we have posted on the anatomy of the flesh.

{A few words were slightly modified or added for redaction purposes, but every effort was made to preserve the essence of the original message. We also added some formatting and some of the hyperlinks. We also made a few punctuation changes that hopefully did not affect the intended message.}

Impartation

Margaret

I just saw this shirt. It resonates with the flesh audio words and with what JoAnn and I have been talking about: perceptions and filters:

Triangle of evil

Anna

This is a very interesting "layered" T-shirt graphic. It makes me think of how "deep" the love of the LORD is as it penetrates beyond the surface area of our thoughts and goes into our deepest eternal inner being to prepare us for Him. I thought I would share a few thoughts that came to me the first couple of times I listened to An anatomy of the flesh - Part 4:

The recording made me feel like I was watching a battle of the remnant flesh against the matriarchal flesh. I now see, understand, and have experienced how the matriarchal's constant vengeance to suppress the manifestation of the prophetic flow of our Most High God and His prophetic Holy Spirit and truth judgments is so vicious, and it harms our flesh, which we are trying to consecrate to the LORD. This battle of "nation vs. nation" draws the Lord's wrath, I believe.

"And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD" (Isaiah 66:23)

Flesh: From bāśar, which comes from the root word bāśar meaning

  • To bear news, bear tidings, publish, preach, show forth
  • To gladden with good news
  • To bear news
  • To announce (salvation) as good news, preach
  • To receive good news

Of course this made me think of the "Good News" in the New Covenant of Scripture and how our flesh bears the news (in contrast with the over-spiritualized, ethereal view of salvation/heaven mentioned in the audio). There is something very distinct about our renewed flesh and the new heaven/new earth that Isaiah 66 prophesies. I keep holding on to the prophetic hope that the nations will behold remnant sanctified people and their truth-manifesting flesh that bears the news of the LORD as proclaimed by His true people. And prophetic bears will destroy the prophet mockers as in the case of Elisha and the mocking youth (2 Kings 2:24).

V.23 in contrast to v.24:

"And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh" (Isaiah 66:24)

It is time for these filthy, unrepentant transgressors to be frozen in the state of their heart that withholds the truth in unrighteousness and upholds lies and all evil speaking and vile practices. It is time for time to be up.

Worm makes me think of Psalm 58 as I have prayed that psalm out a great deal recently and have declared these vicious people who use their mouths to prophesy evil and lies are now frozen as the slimy snails that they are, similar to the worm in Isaiah 66:24. What a horrible thought that those who rebel and reject Yeshua will be worms for eternity.

I thought about the contrast between the two types of flesh from the origin:

"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." (Psalm 139:14)

Fearfully: From yare meaning

  • to fear, revere, be afraid
  • to stand in awe of, be awed
  • to inspire reverence or godly fear or awe
  • to make afraid, terrify
  • to shoot, pour

Wonderfully made: From pala meaning

  • to be distinct, marked out, be separated, be distinguished
  • to be wonderful
  • to make separate, set apart

I believe in my spirit that there is a very high and deep degree of judgment on those who verbally and/or physically abuse flesh, especially of the ones who are separated from birth whose heart was unto the Lord from the beginning. The fact that most believers don't revere or honor the Lord in the flesh of remnant-hearted, truth-seeking people is a grave, grave sin. This is in contrast with the other type of flesh that is born whose intention seems to be only to harm:

"The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies." (Psalm 58:3)

This led me to read in Amos 2:13 about the LORD being pressed down by people, which is a horrific thought to think about, even though it is a temporary situation because Yahweh will prevail.

I kept seeing David's flesh vs. Goliath's flesh and the way Goliath was pressing on the children of Israel and on David. Even Saul was pressing on David because he was the one who should have stood up to Goliath and didn't, and he even kept trying to put heavy armor on David. I am so righteously angry at the filthy slandering Goliaths I keep coming up against, and I realize that someone has given rise to Goliath ascending to his towering position (the matriarchy and possibly Saul). But the tall cedar in Amos 2:9 is cut down just as these oppressive Goliaths are cut off for the Glory of Yahweh.

"And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field!" (1 Samuel 17:44)

I am now starting to see "flesh" mentioned so much in Scripture and have a whole new pathway of thinking opened up as a result of the Flesh - Part 4 audio recording.

This is from the "intra-national conflict" article:

[Notice how, when the Girgashite nation does allow the prophetic voice, it is only under the condition that it prophesy of blessings and happiness (v11). In these cases, the so-called "prophetic" voice is speaking under a Canaanite and Hittite influence.]

In verse 10 above, the Lord declares that His people had risen up against Him as an enemy when they tried to silence the prophetic anointing (v6). As we have said before, Girgashites are at enmity and war against the prophetic anointing, meaning that Micah 2:10 is speaking of the Girgashite nation rising up against the prophetic voice. However, God is raising up a nation of His own:

"11 And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD. 12 But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not. 13 Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves. 14 Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself: 15 Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself. 16 And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD." (Amos 2:11-16)

In conclusion, we can say that, in Matthew 24:7, the Lord is speaking of how God would in these latter days, raise up a prophetic nation that would enter into spiritual conflict against the Girgashite nation inside the Church. Amos 2:14-16 declares that the conflict between these two ethnos shall be won by the prophetic nation. The strong Amorites (Amos 2:10) and the Girgashites who support them shall be disrobed (Amos 2:16), and the robe they are currently so proud of shall be shown for what it is: temporary, not eternal."

I was very impacted by Amos 2:9:

"Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath" (Amos 2:9)

This verse speaks of the cedars (related to the house of cedars/matriarchal church per the recording) and the spirit of the taunting Goliath that feels like he is constantly in our faces and yanking our flesh. I have been seeking to slay with the breath of my mouth the root of Goliath and matriarchal attacks, all the way to the fruit above the root and everything in between, for their evil flesh shall not glory in the Lord's presence. The LORD of Heaven's Armies shall behead their taunting slurs. I am now saying throughout the day, "My flesh will bless the LORD and all the places and people of His dominion".

"Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul [nep¯eš]!" (Psalm 103:22)

"5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. 6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed." (Psalm 103:5-6)

This verse speaks of the hopeful joy of our youth (I'm getting the sense this could mean that our flesh can be restored and renewed to the innocent, undefiled state before all of the slime and slander and punishing tribulation and taunts and violations) being renewed like the eagle (prophetic spirit unpressing the Lord's vessels and destroying the Girgashite cowards). This scripture is giving me a new picture of how to pray over myself and others to prophesy over their flesh experiencing this renewal despite childhood wounds and harm throughout life's journey. It's like I get a picture of our prophetic prayers over other people's flesh that has been wounded and oppressed such that we are like the good Samaritan who gives out of the treasury of our heart to see him properly pastorally cared for and restored, but doesn't stay in that Nurturing place, continuing the work instead of coddling them and enabling weakness. It's like the good Samaritan had to go back (Luke 10:35) and check on the wounded man in the flesh to see how the process was going.

The Lord has shown me through this Amos passage and that article and the recordings that, anywhere in Scripture where I see "oppressed", it is likely indicating an oppression and suppression and weighing down to prevent the manifestation of the good news, the living authoritative water of Yeshua that 1 John talks about. This is the most serious of oppressions, and I feel like I now understand from the Darkness (Part 46) recording that this is the same Goliath spirit I keep coming up against that has a component to my name and keeps trying to destroy the manifestation of Messiah that Anna the prophetess was praying and contending for (Luke 2:36-38). I pray each of you are also discerning that part of your name that is being oppressed and that there will be a breaking forth of catapulting, cataclysmic unstoppable FORCE that will slay every Goliath oppressor to your manifestation of the Lord in your flesh and the dominion of HIS AUTHORITY in every place, for the land and our flesh shall be the LORD's and shall worship Him!

Stand up!

Anna

I was looking at the T-shirt photo again this morning (Saturday, December 20) and I felt the opening in my spirit-man to understand how to operate in the picture on the far right in the galaxy/space arena. I remembered the analogy in the recording about our spirit man being like a force-field and like a Wi-Fi hotspot that people can connect to and that will emit truth, pastoral care, love, conviction, judgment, etc. based on the heart of the one connecting with me/us as Truth Seekers of Yahweh. Previously, I learned from the teachings that, when we go into a place or conversation with someone, we can take the conquering mindset of the Lord over what we believe to be active in the spirit realm and that that does have an effect. But today was different. Through the spiritual opening in the recordings last Saturday, I could see how this force-field is like "home base", and all of the sanctified, washed-in-the-prophetic-Spirit, and renewed flesh and soul work through Truth and Judgments creates a wider "eye" or opening for the light and truth in my spirit-man to emanate from within to the outer world. Yeshua had the complete opening from within His Spirit-man so it could easily flow unencumbered and unhindered to a recipient whose heart was open. Instead of my mind and heart having the conquering influence on my prayers, it's like I was able to pray from my Spirit-man in a deeper way this morning.

I came across Psalm 10 where it spoke about the various aspects of wicked people that Yahweh abhors. Psalm 10:4 says, "God is not in all his thoughts". This made me stop and sense the fear of the Lord. Wow, this means that God can be in ALL my thoughts! What a GLORIOUS hope! I realized that the "galaxy" spirit-man layer in the shirt began to look like the anointed place where my spirit-man sits and where all the thoughts of my spirit-man have Yahweh included in them. The layer of my soul and the outer layer of my flesh have all sorts of cuts, wounds, swelling, stitches, and other blockages, including "logs", as in "take the log out of your own eye" first before you righteously judge a person/situation. All of this affliction and sin can create scar tissue and blockages, and our inner Spirit man in the galaxy part is where the entry point is to shine Yahweh's truth and power and glory into the outer world through our flesh.

Yeshua was displeased with the disciples in Mark 8 when their flesh and soul, which had witnessed his feeding of the 4,000+ crowd, was not penetrating the deeper truth into their "galaxy" spirit-man understanding.

"17 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened? 18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember? 19 When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve. 20 And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven. 21 And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand?" (Mark 8:17-21)

I felt a burst of gratitude and wanted to shout to the heavens that I felt like my spirit-man literally had a dynamite explosion and stood up such that I felt so much power in my inner being. Having received a miracle healing in my eyes today where I was able to read without glasses for the first time in 17 years, I wished I could thank the LORD enough for healing my physical eyes and completing a spiritual eye healing work that was supported through your prayers. It felt like everything shifted and I was able to really connect with my inner man, like having new spiritual eyes and the power that resides there, and I felt unstoppable. So I started praying prophetically over several situations and people, and I haven't felt so much joy in praying ever, even though I always have a heart to pray. When there is understanding about the force field of our spirit-man, and the incredible privilege and honor that the LORD would impart pieces of eternal life in the form of invitations, ministry, and conviction into other people by their encounter with a surrendered remnant-hearted person, then there is the flow of the River of the LORD that washes and cleanses flesh so that others can move forward in seeing the True and Living God and see and long to enter the Kingdom of God. It made me think that a person who cares about the will of the Father and who is fearfully and wonderfully made will have all their thoughts on the Lord constantly transmitting outward, and even inward to the places we need the river of ministry within ourselves.

I could literally see light entering from my Bible into my physical eyes as I looked at the pages and could see it flooding my spirit-man with a free flowing access because of having apostolic eyes toward truth and judgments and prophetic eyes to see the expansive galaxy of vision of the Lord. And the layers of the T-shirt helped me understand that the work of remnant-hearted people in the past can connect with our spiritual maturity process, and we can have this connection with the episynagoge (2 Thessalonians 2:1) and further the work. I even prophesied that the plan of Yahweh and the work and anointing and spiritual inheritance of Chileab is being activated and completed through the work of the Spirit's Shamah-Elim website. Feeling the burst of power in my inner spirit-man this morning gave me so much gratitude but also protectiveness against throwing pearls before swine and letting anything or anyone drain that glorious power from me. So I prayed for and prophesied great discernment to know like Yeshua in John 18:9 - "Of those whom You have given Me I lost not one". And then I felt so much power, as in the Good Samaritan parable, because nothing kept him from restoring the robbed man's flesh. The lawyer initiated the question to Yeshua, and it became clear to me that the lawyer and the priest and the Levi were probably all part of the same synagogue or "church", and there was probably a great deal of tithing and position and church leadership going on, per my perception of the story. The lawyer, who should have been operating in justice, along with the Levite (of the priesthood) and the priest should have all been concerned about bringing justice and judgment to the Torah violation of thievery/robbery. It's like the lawyer, priest and prophet were the ones who had robbed the man. But the Good Samaritan recognized the value in the man, had a heart for justice and hopefully prayed a judgment prayer on those robbers, and then had a full prophetic expectation that he would recover back to full health. He put oil and wine on the wounded man, who had been wounded spiritually in a terrible way, which, as we know from the website, is the oil of anointing of the prophetic prayer, as well as the wine, the evangelistic knowledge of the LORD's will, to restore the man so he could go forward. The man's prophetic act was established by the 2 denarii, with "2" being established like the two-witness anointing.

I can see in my spirit man the lawyer, the priest, and the Levite being in hoodies and robbing and stealing and beating up the man because he had a spiritual calling and anointing that threatened them, and then they changed clothes and appeared to go on their normal business as usual during the day. I sense in my spirit THEY were the robbers.

"And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness." (Hosea 6:9)

I looked up "robber" and "thieves" and "thief", and it is mentioned in the Gospels 3 times that His house of prayer "you have made it a den of thieves". This theme is very clearly proven in Scripture on the Shamah-Elim website about them not valuing the spiritual calling and potential in other people and how the matriarchal church and soul try to steal all of the anointing and resources and callings from the inner galaxy man (hotspot) of those who are fearfully and wonderfully made with a heart and mind and flesh toward the Lord. And Yeshua was brutally crucified in between two thieves. John 10:10 says, "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly". The Greek word for "thief" in John 10:10, kleptes has one meaning in Strong's Concordance that says, "the name is transferred to false teachers, who do not care to instruct men, but abuse their confidence for their own gain". And, of course, the serpent in the Garden was a thief and robber who stole from Eve and Adam. Even so, we have available to us the power of the treasures that we allow the Holy Spirit to sow into our Spirit man, allowing Him to work on our blind spots to make way for the promise of Matthew 6:20: "But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal". Isaiah 1:23 talks about "companions of thieves", which is the equivalent to me of the "approving of" that Romans 1:32 talks about.

This made me think of Joseph's brothers in Genesis who robbed him of his coat of many colors, which I believe was a sign of the special and holy calling that was set apart for his life (2 Timothy 1:9 - all those who are submitted unto the Lord have different holy and heavenly callings). Joseph's brothers stole and robbed their younger brother and left him in the pit and then sold him. But Joseph had a connection in his inner spirit man with the Lord. Even Potiphar's wife tried to steal his holy calling by snatching his coat/robe to make it look like he violated her when he did not. But neither his brothers, nor Potiphar's wife, nor the negligent butler who forgot him could steal any of it spiritually because he kept walking in his spirit man through the arduous and painful process, even though a lot was stolen from Joseph on the outside/external. And, as the video last week shared, Yeshua's earthly father figure Joseph provided an impartation into Yeshua from King David, and I believe he also spiritually provided the manifested remnant impartation from the Spirit's work in Joseph in Genesis 37. This is why Moses ensured that Joseph's bones were brought back (Exodus 13:19,Joshua 24:32, Genesis 50:25, Hebrews 11:22).

Bones make me think of the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel 37, and bones give structure to the flesh. There is a connection between bones and trees, like the branches of a tree give structure to the leaves and foliage of the tree.

"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man." (Genesis 2:23)

The Hebrew word for "bone" above is etsem (H6106), which is connected to the Hebrew word ets (H6086) meaning "tree".

Ezekiel 37 (which has the vision of the dry bones) mentions the whole house of Israel and "sticks" (same H6086 word ets)...

"16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: ... 19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand." (Ezekiel 37:16, 19)

The anatomy of the flesh teaching that highlights the prophetic prayers that wipe away the Girgashite dust connected with me with the command in Ezekiel 37 to prophesy to the bones. It even says that they stood up, like what I felt my inner spirit man did this morning. The connection between bones, trees, stick and this prophetic picture that will come to pass is powerfully connected with what is being taught through the audio recordings right now. As the prophesying brings the breath or the life of the spirit in our inner spirit man and in others, then Joseph will be back. He was the firstborn of Israel after Jacob gave his two sons the double portion, so it's as if Joseph became the firstborn. When Yeshua healed the blind man like he healed my eyes, he said that he saw trees that look like men walking around (Mark 8:22-24). These are the oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) that appear when the bones are restored. I just know there is something more here that my spirit is trying to understand between bones and trees, and Joseph of Genesis, and Joseph of Yeshua's family, and David being King in Ezekiel 37:24. And, of course, this makes me think of the "tree" of knowledge of good and evil with the trees in the Garden of Eden, and Adam's bone of his bones, and the Tree of Life.

To wrap it up, I was led to Isaiah Is 61:1-3 titled "Exaltation of the Afflicted". I can see that we can fulfill this through our flesh being healed and our inner spirit man standing up and being fully flowing through our soul and flesh to do this prophetic work now as the Ezekiel 37 army will be risen up to the Glory of Yahweh to have vessels to manifest in at large...

"1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified." (Isaiah 61:1-3)

[To "preach good tidings unto the meek" is like proclaiming the true Gospel through flesh/basar]

In Luke 4, when Jesus read from Isaiah before He sat down, he stopped at "proclaiming the acceptable year of the LORD". It's as if the day of vengeance of our God was the starting point of Yeshua's life demonstration of a perfect tree of righteousness, and the thief is relentless in stealing and stopping the manifestation of that day of vengeance and Isaiah 61's fulfillment.

The T-shirt photo gave me a new picture in my heart of Ephesians 1:18, and, although I don't read the Amplified translation very often, I do appreciate the way it is written for this verse that explains a bit more what I feel like I was able to experience in my inner spirit-man: "And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God's people)".

It has been mentioned during the recordings a few times about God taking back our spirit and that the rest of the person's being will be discarded for those who choose not to walk in the Spirit, as Romans tells us that the sons of God are led by the Spirit of God. "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it" (Ecclesiastes 12:7)

"13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil." (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)

The T-shirt "galaxy" progression image was very powerful. Thank you so much for sending it. It gives new meaning to the Ezekiel 37 sanctuary that shall be the LORD's.

May your bones be strengthened by His breath and live with the electrifying current of His mighty dunamis power to restore everything that you have been robbed of so all of the treasures of the Lord are restored to your inner spirit man and you are glorious plantings of the Lord. Praise the LORD who was and is the Word made flesh and is to come!

"26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28 And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore." (Ezekiel 37:26-28)

The LORD promises to multiply us. Sanctify our flesh and bones LORD, sanctify our flesh and bones. Qāḏaš ("sanctify") us Father.

After listening to the first half of the Dec/20 Flesh recording, I thought about the principle of corrupting that which is corrupting:

"And let the priests also, which come near to the LORD, sanctify themselves, lest the LORD break forth upon them." (Exodus 19:22)

May the LORD pāraṣ ("break forth upon") the corrupters.

"And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall be brought low" (Ecclesiastes 12:4)

Wide eyes to shine light

JoAnn

{In response to Anna's comment about God creating "wider eyes" in us to emanate His light and truth towards the outer world...}

As I read the above, this verse came to my heart:

"The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light" (Matthew 6:22)

Margaret

This picture reminded me of when truth penetrates us, and we can shine through:

Triangle of evil

Of bones and trees

JoAnn

{In response to Anna's comments about bones and trees...}

Those comments pulled forth a vision I had several years ago, either shortly before we found the Shamah-Elim website or shortly after, of how the trees in the garden were men. It was just a short "flash" of a vision, so it's been hard to go further with it, but the tree of knowledge and the tree of good and evil were as men walking, as in verse 24 below:

"22 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. 23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. 24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. 25 After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. 26 And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town." (Mark 8:22-26)

Anna emphasized this verse in the next paragraph of her comments! Praise His Holy Name.

Margaret

Mark 8:22-26 always reminds me of the Lord of the Rings, with the live trees.

Support beams

Margaret

Something I saw last night with the "rib" of Genesis 2:22: It also has the meaning of "beams", like those of a building, tall and strong. They hold the structure of a building, like support beams. It was as if God used Adam's rib to create a support beam for him to lean on, which makes me think that, unless we lean on God as a Pastor, we can never fulfill our true potential.

Anna

I like the picture of the rib this way as giving structural support! Not as a child, but as an adult.

The whole aspect of ships and then caring for our flesh/souls reminds me of why there is the commandment to keep the sabbath holy because that set part time each week and the awareness of pausing whenever the spirit nudges us is paramount for His work. He is constantly angry when the Sabbath is desecrated and not kept holy physically and spiritually because our body and soul need both aspects of it.
